Israeli culture magazine Mekovit published on 28 October a leaked document issued by Israel’s Ministry of Intelligence recommending the occupation of Gaza and total transfer of its 2.3 million inhabitants to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula.
The document, issued on 13 October, identifies a plan to transfer all residents of the Gaza Strip to North Sinai as the preferred option among three alternatives regarding the future of the Palestinians in Gaza at the end of the current war between Israel and the Hamas-led Palestinian resistance.
The document recommends that Israel evacuate the Gazan population to Sinai during the war, establish tent cities and new cities in northern Sinai to accommodate the deported population, and then create a closed security zone stretching several kilometers inside Egypt. The deported Palestinians would not be allowed to return to any areas near the Israeli border.

A war crime in the making!
#Israel‘s Ministry of Intelligence deportation directive outlines the four stages:

The existence of the document does not necessarily indicate that its recommendations are being implemented by Israel’s security establishment.
The Ministry of Intelligence, headed by Gila Gamliel of the Likud party, does not control any of Israel’s intelligence agencies, but independently prepares studies and policy papers, which are distributed for consideration by the government and its security bodies.
However, recent statements by Israeli government officials and actions by the Israeli army in Gaza suggest the plan is indeed being implemented. Since 7 October, Israeli officials have repeatedly issued warnings to Palestinians to move to southern Gaza in advance of a looming ground invasion.
Israel has imposed a total siege on Gaza, cutting off food, water, fuel, and electricity. The siege, combined with intense Israeli bombing that has killed over 8,000 Palestinians, the majority women and children, threatens to make Gaza uninhabitable.
An official at the Ministry of Intelligence confirmed that the ten-page document is authentic but “was not supposed to reach the media,” Mekovit noted.
According to a right-wing activist, the document from the Ministry of Intelligence was leaked by a member of Likud. Leaking the document was an attempt to find out whether “the public in Israel is ready to accept ideas of a transfer from Gaza.”
The document unequivocally and explicitly recommends carrying out a transfer of civilians from Gaza as the desired outcome of the war.
The transfer plan is divided into several phases: in the first phase, the population in Gaza must be forced to move to southern Gaza, while Israeli air strikes will focus on targets in northern Gaza.
In the second phase, the Israeli army’s ground entry into Gaza will begin, which will lead to the occupation of the entire strip, from north to south, and the “cleansing of the underground bunkers from Hamas fighters.”
At the same time as the Gaza Strip is occupied, the citizens of Gaza will move to Egyptian territory and will be prevented from returning permanently.
“It is important to leave the traffic lanes towards the south usable, to allow the evacuation of the civilian population towards Rafah,” the document states.
The document recommends beginning a dedicated campaign that will “motivate” Gazans “to agree to the plan,” and make them give up their land.
Gazan should be convinced that “Allah made sure that you lost this land because of the leadership of Hamas – there is no choice but to move to another place with the help of Your Muslim brothers,” the document reads.
Further, the plan states the government must launch a public relations campaign that will promote the transfer program to western states in a way that does not promote hostility to Israel or damage its reputation. The deportation of the population from Gaza must be presented as a necessary humanitarian measure to receive international support. Such a deportation could be justified if it will lead to “fewer casualties among the civilian population compared to the expected number of casualties if they remain,” the document says.
The document also states that the US should be leveraged to pressure Egypt to take in the residents of Gaza, and to encourage other European countries, and in particular Greece, Spain and Canada, to help take in and settle the refugees who will be evacuated from Gaza.
Finally, the document claims that if the population of Gaza remains, there will be “many Arab deaths” during the expected occupation of Gaza by the Israeli army, and this will damage Israel’s international image even more than the deportation of the population. For all these reasons, the recommendation of the Ministry of Intelligence is to promote the transfer of all Palestinians in Gaza to Sinai permanently.

– On page 40, the request includes a provision to allocate funds for the support of civilians affected by ongoing conflicts, specifically mentioning Palestinian refugees in Gaza and the West Bank.
– What raises alarm is the reference to potential cross-border ‘displacement’ and ‘asylum’, suggesting that these funds are to be used for such purposes.
– The concern is that the request may basically guarantee the forced Palestinian displacement to Egypt.
It calls into question the stance of the Egyptian government and the potential consequences on Palestinian sovereignty.
It’s important to note that in a phone call with Biden, the Egyptian President made it clear “Egypt will not permit the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza into its territory”
Three-Stage Relocation Plan:

Some men try to lead through intimidation. Real leaders, however, lead by example. Roland Lajoie was a real leader. He single handedly redefined what it meant to be a Soviet Foreign Area Officer (FAO) and Defense Attaché, and built from scratch the On Site Inspection Agency (OSIA), America’s first organization dedicated to implementing arms control treaties with the Soviet Union predicated on using highly trained military specialists as the foundation of compliance verification. General Lajoie, however, did not build an organization populated by people, but rather gathered together people who collectively defined an organization. The human factor was evident in everything General Lajoie did. Having set the standard of professionalism for Soviet area expertise during the height of the Cold War, General Lajoie then hand-picked the cream of the crop to join him in implementing the Intermediate Nuclear Forces treaty, the groundbreaking arms control agreement that eliminated an entire category of nuclear-armed ballistic missiles, setting the stage for future arms control treaties. General Lajoie had on shot at getting right something that had never been done before. What he built became the gold standard for on site inspection going forward. I was a young Marine First Lieutenant when I received my orders to OSIA in February 1988. I was totally unqualified for the mission General Lajoie had been given. He had assembled the best of the best from the pool of Soviet FAO’s, men with years of experience in their field, fluent in Russian and knowledgeable of Russian history, culture, and military organization and weapons. The Marine Lieutenant Colonel that General Lajoie had put in charge of quality control of the personnel who would become inspectors wanted to send me back to the Marines because of my lack of qualification, but General Lajoie saw something in the young officer who stood before him on the first day of OSIA’s existence, when a few dozen men gathered together in the Coast Guard Headquarters building in Buzzards Point, Washington DC, and decided to give me a chance. I ended up being selected to participate in the advance party of inspectors dispatched to the Soviet Union in June 1988, tasked with establishing a monitoring facility outside a Soviet missile factory, and spent the next two years on the front lines of US-Soviet arms control at the most critical time in the history of nuclear disarmament, where success was not guaranteed and failure was not an option. General Lajoie was an inspiration to everyone who served in OSIA during those initial years, where the future of arms control hung in the balance. The example he set when it came to backing up the title “expert” with genuine expertise allowed him to dispatch teams of inspectors into the far reaches of the Soviet Union who, with no direct supervision, flawlessly executed their mission. The “Lajoie standard” is something America could benefit from today as we seek to solve problems around the world, including those related to arms control with Russia. General Roland Lajoie passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 87.

First, to understand Yachin’s political leanings, we must first divulge that he was a part of the Lehi, or Stern (after its founder Avraham Stern) Gang, a paramilitary group which split from the revisionist Irgun wing of then Zionist movement (1/)
The reason for the split came when the Stern wanted to take a more hardline stance against the British after their signing of the White Paper in 1939, which included forming alliances with ANY group that would advance the Zionist goal of settling in Palestine (2/)
This, of course, included Nazi Germany, with whom the Stern wanted to form strong alliances. At this time all Zionist factions fought for private collaboration with Hitler, but publicly denounced the other factions for doing the same. It was opportunism at its finest (3/)
Members of the Lehi expressed admiration for both Hitler and Mussolini, as having both been men who “fought for their nations”. When the British put a pause on immigration of Jews to Palestine, they took a hardline stance against this (4/)

In July 1946, the Hebrew Resistance Movement disbanded following the Irgun’s bombing of the King David Hotel (Menachem Begin was involved with this operation as well). However the Lehi continued their terror campaigns (11/)
In April 1947, the Lehi placed explosives at the British police station in Sarona (modern day Tel-Aviv). The group began to focus its operations on Jerusalem, to violently push back against any British attempt to enact their partition plan (Arabs should have nothing) (12/)
After 1947, the Lehi began to focus their operations outside of Palestine. A member of the Lehi was once instructed to assassinate foreign secretary Ernest Bevin in London for his “pro-Arab actions”. A Lehi member in New York sent explosives to London to help with this (13/)

But steering away from the British, the Lehi aided the violent clearing of the land as part of Plan Dalet, March 1948. A phase of this violent process was the “Deir Yassin Massacre”, in which the Lehi indiscriminately killed, raped & exiled Palestinians from the village (17/)
And now we return to Yachin. Yachin was a participant in the Deir Yassin Massacre. The members of the Lehi were eventually integrated into the IDF, and its leaders would join organizations like Mossad. The racist terror group was one with the Israeli state, inseparable (18/)

In light of the US veto of a ceasefire resolution in the UN Security Council, and noting that the UN General Assembly has overwhelmingly voted in favor of an immediate ceasefire that Israel is ignoring, and further noting that the Israeli Defense Force is actively carrying out military operations in Gaza that can only be described as genocidal, and further noting that the Israeli Defense Force is actively preparing to expand the scope and scale of its regional aggression, it is time for Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran, along with any other like-minded nations, to declare that Israeli actions in Gaza and in general represent an imminent risk to the security of all Palestinian people, and the Middle East as a whole and, in light of this threat, that a collective security arrangement is being entered to by Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran which, under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, will initiate preemptive self defense operations against Israel with the goal of neutralizing the threat posed by Israel to Gaza, the Palestinian people, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and the Middle Eastern region as a whole. Hezbollah and Syria should immediately begin military operations designed to relieve the pressure from Gaza and the West Bank by seeking to expel Israel from the Golan Heights and Shebaa Farms, and occupy northern Israel.
Hezbollah and Syria should begin a general bombardment of Israeli leadership and military targets, with an emphasis on destroying Israeli airfields and military concentrations. Iran should refrain from attacking unless Israel escalates by bombing civilian targets in Lebanon and/or Syria, or if the United States enters the conflict on the side of Israel. If either or both of the conditions arises, Iran should use the totality of its longe-range strike capabilities to neutralize US military capabilities in the Middle East and eastern Mediterranean Sea, and to eliminate Israeli military capabilities to project power outside the borders of Israel. Pakistan should announce as formal policy that it will retaliate with nuclear weapons against Israel should Israel use a nuclear weapon. All military operations will continue until which time either Israel is defeated or Israel agrees to unconditionally adhere to the will of the United Nations General Assembly regarding the implementation of a ceasefire.
Of course, this will never happen, which is why Israel will probably end up prevailing over the long run.
This is the time for decisive action to eliminate the threat of Israel to the collective security of the Middle East.
Golda Meir forever regretted not launching a preemptive attack against Egypt and Syria in 1973.
Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran will likewise regret not launching a preemptive strike against Israel now.
