ICEC-Euskal Herria eta Warren Mosler

Dear Warren,

Here I am again, now to ask you for a (big) favor…

Since I am not able to bring you to our dear Basque Country, I’ll try to bring your words to a special and very wide forum…

Maybe, as you can know the Catalan people are trying to perform, to put in practice a self-determination referendum on October 1st.

(Some information about Catalonia, here http://english.vilaweb.cat/)

The Spanish government will try to stop it in spite of that the referendum will be totally democratic and based on all the different treaties that Spain has signed related to that issue.

Here is one of the international organizations that is involved in that event: ICEC

(ICEC – International Commission of European Citizens, is an NGO created to gather all those organizations, institutions and individuals who share the vision of a Europe which is democratic both in theory and reality)

The good thing is that through ICEC it is possible to be in contact with the European Parlament in Brussels, as you can see inside the ICEC news, apart from the contact with different organizations, institutions and individuals.

Favor: could it be posisibel you to write a kind of blueprint dealing with economics, with your main two points: (a) Euroland against austerity (public deficit from %3 of GDP to %8) and (b) if the European Union does not accept that, then Eurexit, using the own proper currency?

It is not necessary to write a university paper, just a deep conceptual paper where your ideas can appear clearer that ever. You are able to do that and much more!!!!

The ‘paper’ would be published inside ICEC and will reach all the different Peoples without state inside the European Union and outside it (I mean also Scotland, North Ireland, etc.)

Hi Warren.

As you wish.

In principle, you could have all the time you need…

But I have some papers of yours that deal with the subject: Your proposals for Europe, some proposals for Italy, mainly in Italian (but you can have them in English), some proposal for Greece than can be applied to any State of Euroland…

I can deal with all of them.

I will try to write a kind of ‘Moslerian’ paper, or some notes in English… and them send it to you for corrections.

It would be a good idea to have your power points, to do that work.
