Izan ere, BRICS-eko taldekideek erosi, ordaindu behar dituzte“the foreign-currency reserves” (dolarrak), FED-ek BRICS-eko taldekideek behar eta nahi dituzten dolar guztiak, zero kostuan, jaulki ditzakeen bitartean.
