The Israeli social engineering of the Gaza Strip.

There are a couple of things happening simultaneously in the Gaza Strip, all of which are odd but connected.

A- Israel, through the merchants, is easing and indeed facilitating the distribution of mobile phones in the Gaza Strip at cheaper prices than usual, and of specific devices, usually the bottom tier.

B- Israel is drying up the Gaza Strip from the cash flow.

C- Banks all over Palestine, not only the Gaza Strip, are facing a new Israeli punishment system; if any transaction is used for anything Israel does not like, which it usually labels as terrorism, the bank is automatically cut from the international mesh and downgraded to a local bank.

D- The Yellow line control, Israel occupies the agricultural part of the Gaza Strip, and it also occupies the crosspoints of trade and human passages.

E- The mass destruction, which is in nature systematic, happened in the east of the yellow line, which is the territories Israel occupies in the Gaza Strip, where it will introduce its new version of Gaza through donors, a Gaza that’s newly built in a form that gives Israel fully terrirotial control, security control and built to fullfil the urbanisation version of fragmented society, also known as, Gated communities.

Israel is turning the Gaza Strip and its residents into a big data farm, where the society is controlled by their digital behaviour, where they go from point A to B, who they are in touch with, where they spend their digital money and to whom that money goes; that requires a normalisation of the digital cash; that explains the inflation of mobile phones.

Digital terms will define the relationship between the east and west Gaza, which includes easy measures on one side and harsh measures on the other, to force Gazans to internally migrate from the “bad side to the good side”, which comes at a cost, too.

Trade, since the east Gaza controlls the west Gaza, will also be digitally controlled; no cash; just points and credits, which will implacte the behavioural trade nature of the Gaza Strip, and not anyone can buy from the world but some merchants that Israel clear them as whitelisted, which in return creates tyrants and war lords who will exhibit their financial power in violence too.

This is allegedly the 28 points of the peace plan, which will end over 11 years of proxy war:

1. Ukraine’s sovereignty will be confirmed.

2. A full and comprehensive non-aggression agreement will be concluded between Russia, Ukraine, and Europe. All the ambiguities of the past 30 years will be considered resolved.

3. Russia is expected not to invade neighbouring countries, while NATO will not expand further.

4. A US-mediated dialogue between Russia and NATO will be held to resolve all security issues and create conditions for de-escalation in order to ensure global security and increase opportunities for cooperation and future economic development.

5. Ukraine will receive reliable security guarantees.

6. The Ukrainian Armed Forces will be limited to 600,000 personnel.

7. Ukraine agrees to enshrine in its constitution that it will not join NATO, and NATO agrees to include in its charters a provision stating that Ukraine will not be admitted in the future.

8. NATO agrees not to station troops in Ukraine.

9. European fighter jets will be stationed in Poland.

10. US guarantee:

The US will receive compensation for the guarantee.

If Ukraine invades Russia, it will lose the guarantee.

If Russia invades Ukraine, in addition to a decisive, coordinated military response, all global sanctions will be reinstated, recognition of the new territory, and all other benefits of this deal will be revoked. – If Ukraine launches a missile at Moscow or St. Petersburg without cause, the security guarantee will be considered null and void.

11. Ukraine has the right to EU membership and will receive short-term preferential access to the European market while this issue is under consideration.

12. A robust global package of measures to rebuild Ukraine, including, but not limited to: a. Establishment of a Ukraine Development Fund to invest in high-growth industries, including technology, data centers, and artificial intelligence. b. The United States will cooperate with Ukraine to jointly restore, develop, modernise, and operate Ukraine’s gas infrastructure, including pipelines and storage facilities. c. Joint efforts to rebuild war-torn areas to restore, reconstruct, and modernise cities and residential areas. d. Infrastructure development. e. Mining of minerals and natural resources f. The World Bank will develop a special financing package to accelerate these efforts

13. Russia will be reintegrated into the global economy: a. The lifting of sanctions will be discussed and agreed upon in stages and on a case-by-case basis. b. The United States will enter into a long-term economic cooperation agreement to promote mutual development in energy, natural resources, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data centers, Arctic rare earth metal mining projects, and other mutually beneficial corporate opportunities. c. Russia will be invited to re-join the G8.

14. Frozen funds will be used as follows: $100 billion of frozen Russian assets will be invested in US-led reconstruction and investment efforts in Ukraine. The United States will receive 50% of the profits from this venture. Europe will contribute $100 billion to increase the volume of investment available for Ukraine’s reconstruction. Frozen European funds will be unfrozen. The remaining frozen Russian funds will be invested in a separate US-Russia investment vehicle, which will implement joint projects in specific areas. This fund will be aimed at strengthening relations and expanding common interests to create a strong incentive not to return to conflict.

15. A joint US-Russian working group on security issues will be established to promote and ensure implementation of all the provisions of this agreement.

16. Russia will enshrine in law its non-aggression policy toward Europe and Ukraine.

17. The US and Russia will agree to extend the nuclear non-proliferation and arms control treaties, including START I.

18. Ukraine agrees to be a non-nuclear state in accordance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

19. The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will be started under IAEA supervision, and the electricity generated will be shared equally between Russia and Ukraine – 50:50.

23. Russia will not impede Ukraine’s use of the Dnieper River for commercial activity, and agreements will be reached on the free transportation of grain through the Black Sea.

24. A humanitarian committee will be established to resolve outstanding issues: a. All remaining prisoners and bodies will be exchanged on an “all for all” basis. b. All civilian detainees and hostages will be returned, including children. c. A family reunification program will be implemented. d. Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: West Bank on verge of Third Intifada, anger will erupt like lava

“The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine affirms that an explosion in the occupied West Bank is imminent and that the outbreak of a comprehensive third Intifada is closer than ever. It stresses that the execution of the youth Amr al-Marbou and the child Sami Mashayikh in Kafr Aqab at dawn on Friday, along with the ongoing bloodshed and the unchecked violence of settler gangs killing and vandalizing across the West Bank, is the spark that will burn away any remaining illusions of calm, and that the accumulated Palestinian anger will erupt like molten lava against the occupation.”

“The Front explains that our people are confronting a monstrous entity led by a deviant criminal system that mixes megalomania with a sadistic delight in bloodshed. Its practices of burning, destruction, and targeting civilians reveal a deeply entrenched racist and fascist doctrine and a sick psychological structure embodied by a group of killers and deranged individuals who practice violence as a distorted human instinct.”

“The Front stresses that our people will not stand idly by in the face of this criminal sadism, and will not bow to organized state terrorism. The occupation is delusional if it believes escalating its crimes will bring calm—on the contrary, it will fuel an immense revolutionary energy that will impose a full-scale confrontation and turn the West Bank into a battlefield of attrition for the enemy and its settler hordes.”

“The Front issues a warning to the world that the continuation of this fascist entity has become a central hub of genocide and a grave threat to humanity as a whole. It calls on all free forces to besiege this criminal system through comprehensive boycott and removing its legitimacy, and to stop dealing with its leaders as a normal state, but rather as a rogue gang of murderers and enemies of human values. It affirms that stability in the region will only come through uprooting this occupation from its foundations.”

In a normal world, this should be an immense scandal in Europe.

Le Monde has a long article (https://lemonde.fr/international/article/2025/11/19/nicolas-guillou-juge-francais-de-la-cpi-sanctionne-par-les-etats-unis-face-aux-attaques-les-magistrats-de-la-cour-tiendront_6654016_3210.html) describing the hellish life of Nicolas Guillou, a French judge at the ICC in The Hague, due to U.S. sanctions punishing him for authorizing arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes in Gaza.

Guillou’s daily existence has been transformed into a Kafkaesque nightmare. He cannot: open or maintain accounts with Google, Amazon, Apple, or any US company; make hotel reservations (Expedia canceled his booking in France hours after he made it); conduct online commerce, since he can’t know if the packaging is American; use any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex are all American); access normal banking services, even with non-American banks, as banks worldwide close sanctioned accounts; conduct virtually any financial transaction.

He describes it as being “economically banned across most of the planet,” including in his own country, France, and where he works, the Netherlands.

That’s the real shocking aspect of this: the Americans are:

– punishing a European citizen

– for doing his job in Europe

– applying laws Europe officially supports

– at an institution based in Europe

– that Europe helped create and fund

and Europe is not only doing essentially nothing to protect him, they’re actively enforcing America’s sanctions against their own citizen – European banks closing his accounts, European companies refusing him service, European institutions standing by while Washington destroys a European judge’s life on European soil.

Again, in a normal world, European leaders and citizens should be absolutely outraged about this. But we’ve so normalized the hollowing out of European sovereignty that the sight of a European citizen being economically executed on European soil for upholding European law is treated, at best, as an unfortunate technical complication in transatlantic relations.

⚠️ A French ICC judge signs off on arrest warrants for Israeli officials, Benjamin Netanyahu & Yoav Gallan for war crimes. The U.S. blacklists & sanctions him like he’s laundering cartel money. Now judge Nicholas Guillou can’t book hotels, use credit cards, or access banks, Google, Amazon, Apple etc, not just in his own country France, but even across Europe.

Why? For applying international law & seeking justice. Only when that justice touches Israel & its war criminals, the empire throws a tantrum, torches his bank account, & Europe? Just watching & obeying, like the cowards they are. This is no longer just about Gaza, but about the death of European sovereignty in broad daylight.

THE ISLANDER@IslanderWORLD

Moscow just handed over 1,000 Ukrainian bodies. In return, it received 30 Russian ones. That’s a death ledger and it tells a damning story. Ukraine hasn’t just been defeated. It’s been lied to, bled dry, and sacrificed on the altar of Western arrogance by Zelensky, cheered on by his European handlers.

Let’s stop pretending. A 33-to-1 body exchange isn’t an unfortunate imbalance, it’s a final indictment. It’s what happens when a nation is run not by leaders, but by actors reading lines written in London and Brussels. Lines like: “Ukraine is winning.” Lines like: “Russia is collapsing.” Lies wrapped in blue and yellow flags over caskets, broadcast over contemptuous applause.

This war was never about victory.

It was about sacrifice. Not shared sacrifice. But Ukrainian sacrifice. Well over a million men cycled through the front, more than a million never came back. Zelensky outlawed negotiations, then begged for weapons. He posed for Vanity Fair while mothers across Ukraine were kept in the dark over the fate of their boys. London smiled. NATO kept the taps flowing. The dead kept piling up.

Now the lie is measurable. 1,000 Ukrainian bodies home in coffins.

30 Russian ones returned. We don’t need opinion polls or think tank threads. We have math.

A 33-to-1 exchange is a funeral ratio.

And it confirms what the cemeteries, the desertion numbers, and the obituaries have been screaming, Ukraine was fed into a grinder to delay the death of empire.

And Zelensky knew. He knew it when he sabotaged the Istanbul peace talks.

He knew it when he enshrined in law that negotiations with Putin were “illegal.”

He knew it when he sent wave after wave of men into fortified Russian positions with no air cover, no artillery advantage, no rotation.

And now he knows it as the graves fill faster than the recruitment thugs can toss boys and elderly men into vans.

More than 161,000 deserters this year alone. Not propaganda. Not rumor.

Verifiable data. Men aren’t fleeing because they’re cowards. They’re fleeing because they’ve realized that this isn’t a war for Ukraine, it’s a war on Ukraine, sponsored by imperial cowards.

The corruption scandals? Just the predictable symptom. The gold-plated toilets, the vanished billions, the mansions abroad, none of it matters more than the truth Zelensky dared not tell his people…

We lost. And we kept fighting anyway.

Not for you. But for them.”

The West didn’t rescue Ukraine. It consumed it. It used its land as a battlefield, its men as pawns, its grief as fuel.

The same people who destroyed Iraq, Libya, and Syria came dressed as saviors. And Zelensky… made-for-TV, handpicked, ever-obedient, was the perfect delivery mechanism for laundering the money and dead.

And when it’s all over? Zelensky will flee.

The West will blame him. And the same machine that cheered his war will commission documentaries to ask, “How did it go so wrong?”

But the Ukrainian people will already know.

They will know who lied. They will know who bled them. And they will know, the real enemy didn’t come from the East.

It came from the West, draped in virtue, armed with lies, and smiling as it marched Ukraine into the abyss. Not to save it. Not to free it. But to use it, drain it, and discard it, like every other vassal before it.

  • The Israeli government’s forced displacement of the populations of three West Bank refugee camps in January and February 2025 amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.
  • The Geneva Conventions prohibit displacement of civilians from occupied territory except temporarily for imperative military reasons or the population’s security. Displaced civilians are entitled to protection, accommodation, and to return as soon as hostilities in the vicinity cease.
  • Senior Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, should be investigated for the refugee camp operations and appropriately prosecuted for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Governments should impose targeted sanctions and take other urgent action to press Israeli authorities to end their repressive policies.

(Jerusalem) – The Israeli government’s forced displacement of the populations of three West Bank refugee camps in January and February 2025 amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. The 32,000 people reportedly removed have not been permitted to return to their homes, many of which Israel forces have deliberately demolished.

The 105-page report, “‘All My Dreams Have Been Erased’: Israel’s Forced Displacement of Palestinians in the West Bank,” details “Operation Iron Wall,” an Israeli military operation across Jenin, Tulkarem, and Nur Shams refugee camps that began on January 21, 2025, days after a temporary ceasefire was announced in Gaza. Israeli forces issued abrupt orders to civilians to leave their homes, including with loudspeakers mounted on drones. Witnesses said soldiers moved methodically through the camps, storming homes, ransacking properties, interrogating residents, and eventually forcing all families out.

Israeli authorities in early 2025 forcibly removed 32,000 Palestinians from their homes in West Bank refugee camps without regard to international legal protections and have not permitted them to return,” said Nadia Hardman, senior refugee and migrant rights researcher at Human Rights Watch. “With global attention focused on Gaza, Israeli forces have carried out war crimes, crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank that should be investigated and prosecuted.”

Human Rights Watch interviewed 31 displaced Palestinian refugees from the three camps and analyzed satellite imagery and Israeli military demolition orders confirming the widespread destruction. Researchers also analyzed and verified videos and photographs of the Israeli military operations.

On January 21, Israeli forces stormed Jenin refugee camp, deploying Apache helicopters, drones, bulldozers, and armored vehicles to support hundreds of ground troops who forced people from their homes. Residents told Human Rights Watch they saw bulldozers demolishing buildings as they were being expelled. Similar operations took place in Tulkarem refugee camp on January 27 and in nearby Nur Shams camp on February 9.

The Israeli military provided no shelter or humanitarian assistance to displaced residents. Many sought shelter in the crowded homes of relatives or friends, or turned to mosques, schools, and charities.

A 54-year-old woman said that Israeli soldiers “were yelling and throwing things everywhere…. It was like a movie scene – some had masks and they were carrying all kinds of weapons. One of the soldiers said, ‘You don’t have a house here anymore. You need to leave.’”

Since the raids, Israeli authorities have denied residents the right to return to the camps, even with no active military operations in the vicinity. Israeli soldiers have fired upon people trying to reach their homes, and only a few have been allowed to collect their belongings. The military has bulldozed, razed, and cleared spaces for apparently wider access routes inside the camps, and have blocked all entrances.

Human Rights Watch analysis of satellite imagery found that six months later, more than 850 homes and other buildings had been destroyed or heavily damaged across the three camps. The assessment focused only on areas of mass destruction that included buildings destroyed and severely damaged, often due to the widening of alleys and roads in the densely built camps.

Satellite imagery recorded before and after the Israeli military raided Nur Shams refugee camp in February 2025 shows destruction within the refugee camp after six months of Israeli military operations. Before image: October 14, 2024 © 2025 Planet Labs PBC. After image: July 24, 2025 © 2025 Planet Labs PBC. Camp boundaries (2017): Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), accessed on September 5, 2025.

A preliminary satellite imagery assessment by the United Nations Satellite Center from October 2025, found that 1,460 buildings sustained damage in the three camps, including 652 that showed signs of moderate damage.

The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) established the three camps in the early 1950s to house Palestinians who were expelled from their homes or forced to flee following Israel’s creation in 1948. Those refugees—those displaced and their descendants—had resided there ever since.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, applicable in occupied territory, prohibits displacement of civilians except temporarily for imperative military reasons or for the population’s security. Displaced civilians are entitled to protection and proper accommodation. The occupying power must ensure the return of displaced people as soon as hostilities in the area have ceased.

Israeli officials said in a letter to Human Rights Watch that Operation Iron Wall was initiated “in light of the security threats posed by these camps and the growing presence of terrorist elements within them.” However, Israeli authorities have made no evident attempt to establish that their only feasible option was the complete expulsion of the civilian population to achieve their military objective or why they have prohibited residents from returning, Human Rights Watch found.

Israeli officials have not responded to Human Rights Watch queries about when if ever Israel will allow the Palestinians to return. Finance Minister and Minister in the Defense Ministry Bezalel Smotrich said in February that if camp residents “continue their acts of ‘terrorism,’” the camps “will be uninhabitable ruins,” and that “[t]heir residents will be forced to migrate and seek a new life in other countries.”

The authorities’ forced removal of Palestinians from the camps also amounted to ethnic cleansing, a non-legal term to describe the unlawful removal one ethnic or religious group from an area by another ethnic or religious group.

The raids were carried out while the spotlight has been on Gaza, where Israeli authorities have committed war crimes, ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity—including forced displacement and extermination—and acts of genocide.

Since the Hamas-led October 7, 2023 attacks in southern Israel, Israeli forces have killed nearly 1,000 Palestinians in the West Bank. Israeli authorities have increased their use of administrative detention without charge or trial, demolitions of Palestinian homes and building of illegal settlements, while state-backed settler violence and torture of Palestinian detainees are also on the rise. Forced displacement and other repression of Palestinians in the West Bank is part of Israeli authorities’ crimes against humanity of apartheid and persecution.

Senior Israeli officials should be investigated for the refugee camp operations and, where found responsible, appropriately prosecuted for war crimes and crimes against humanity, including as a matter of command responsibility. Those who should be investigated include Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, the Central Command commander who was in charge of West Bank military operations, and oversaw camp raids and demolition orders; Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi and Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, who each served as Chief of the General Staff of the Israeli military; Minister in the Defense Ministry, Bezalel Smotrich, who sits on the security cabinet and also serves as Finance Minister; Defense Minister Israel Katz; and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

4a0a8f33-f7a6-46f4-beb4-7d5b40678fcb

The International Criminal Court (ICC) Office of the Prosecutor and domestic judicial authorities under the principle of universal jurisdiction should investigate Israeli officials credibly implicated, including as a matter of command responsibility, in atrocity crimes in the West Bank.

Governments should impose targeted sanctions against Bluth, Zamir, Smotrich, Katz, Netanyahu, and other Israeli officials implicated in ongoing grave abuses in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. They should also press Israeli authorities to end their repressive policies and to impose an arms embargo, suspend preferential trade agreements with Israel, ban trade with illegal settlements, and enforce ICC arrest warrants.

Israel’s escalating abuses in the West Bank underscore why governments, despite the fragile ceasefire in Gaza, should urgently act to prevent Israeli authorities from escalating their repression of Palestinians,” Hardman said. “They should impose targeted sanctions on Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Katz, and other senior officials responsible for grave crimes against Palestinians and enforce all International Criminal Court warrants.”

According to Israeli organization Yesh Din’s data collected from 2005 to 2024, approximately 93.8% of all investigation files into ideologically motivated crimes committed by Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank were closed without an indictment being filed.

Human Rights Watch says Israel has carried out the largest forced displacement in the West Bank since 1967, emptying the Jenin, Tulkarem, and Nur Shams refugee camps during “Operation Iron Wall” in early 2025.

About 32,000 Palestinians were expelled at gunpoint, often with drones overhead and snipers posted along exit points. HRW found no legal basis for the mass evacuation and says Israel provided no safe routes, shelter, food, or medical care.

HRW verified with satellite footage that more than 850 buildings have been demolished or heavily damaged. Israeli forces have blocked all camp entrances and barred residents from returning for months after combat ended.

⭕️ HRW concludes the operation amounts to war crimes and crimes against humanity, including forced displacement and “ethnic cleansing.” It says senior Israeli officials — including Netanyahu, Katz, Smotrich and Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth — should face investigation for individual criminal responsibility.
