Comments on the Current U.S. Budget Debate

The assumptions underlying the current budget debate are erroneous….

It is only after the deficit begins to expand again that the economy recovers. The historical correlation is 100%….

Contrary to general perception, fiat money is driven by the fact that taxpayers need the government’s money to pay their taxes. … so it can obtain the real goods and services it desires via the spending of its currency.

…. Treasury spending is a reserve add. Selling securities, by the Fed or Treasury, is simply a reserve drain, a monetary operation. This underlies the empirical evidence that nations can run any debt ratios they want, in their own fiat currencies, and still “fund the debt.”

How large a deficit is prudent? …., the government could offer a job to anyone who wanted one, at some minimum rate of pay deemed appropriate, and let the deficit float. This would end unemployment and unemployment compensation, eliminate the need for minimum wage laws, and promote price stability,

The Federal debt is all the money spent but not taxed. …

The current budget debate is based on erroneous assumptions. Washington does not understand fiat money. Until it does, efforts to reduce the deficit will continue, and the economy will continue to underperform.

Western stupidity is eloquently highlighted by the claims that Russia can’t win the war against Ukraine, because its military is useless and has second rate equipment etc etc

Meanwhile the West keep seeking to expand NATO because this same nation who will be defeated by Ukraine, poses an existential threat to the entire NATO alliance.

Incredible how relatively so few have grasped this very simple concept.

CNN ATTACKS ELON | BLINKEN’S REPLY WILL SHOCK YOU CNN has asked for ‘repercussions’ against Elon, saying he ‘sabotaged a military operation by Ukraine.’ I’m not making this up… Elon refuses to directly participate in a war, and CNN calls it ‘sabotage’ ? It gets worse…

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken responds to CNN’s Jake Tapper by ignoring his allegations and pointing out the BENEFITS Starlink brought the Ukrainian people!

Tapper dismisses Blinken’s reply, since it doesn’t criticize Elon, and moves to a new stupid agenda: Elon’s ‘secret talks’ with the Senior Russian Officials, claiming Elon is doing his own “diplomatic outreach to the Russian Government.”

Blinken AGAIN ignores the stupid question and AGAIN highlights how important and impactful Starlink has been to Ukraine.

And guess how Tapper wraps up the interview?

It sounds like Starlink’s so important the US government doesn’t want to risk offending a capricious billionaire.”

WHAT?!

Biden’s administration has a history of attacking Elon:

There are already multiple bogus investigations against his companies ongoing right now.

Remember last week’s secret ‘glass house’ that the DOJ and SEC are apparently investigating?

How about X getting fined for refusing to hand over Trump’s personal Twitter data and information to prosecutors?

Or SpaceX getting sued by the DOJ for hiring Americans in the company’s hiring process? (not making this up!)

A wild scandal is developing now between Ukraine and the United States

General Mark Milley showed American journalists a map of the operational situation in the Orekhovsky and Vremyevsky directions in Ukraine and revealed the location of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units. Using this data, the Russian Armed Forces inflicted fire damage – the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost a large amount of equipment and personnel.

The Neocon project to topple Putin and Nulandize Russia has backfired terribly. The plan began with engineering the Kiev coup and installing an obedient govt the Neocons could control.

They then armed Ukraine to the teeth and just let nazionalists do what comes to nazionalists naturally, which is persecute and slaughter disobedient minorities. Soon after grabbing power they began conducting provocations against the ethnic Russian population in eastern Ukraine. That population wanted nothing to do with the nazionalists running the country, so they broke away and declared independence.

The Donetsk and Luhansk breakaway humiliated the nazionalists terribly, so Kiev mounted a military campaign to suppress them. That didn’t go well, and ultimately, over the better part of decade, with aid from Russia, the separatists prevailed. Crimea fared much better thanks to geography, holding a vote and reuniting with the Russian Federation in a whirlwind process.

Then in late 2021, early 2022, the nazionalists were gearing up for an operation to overthrow the separatist governments, having amassed a force of 60,000 near Donbass for the job. The nazionalists didn’t want the actual population and would have been fine with just killing everyone and/or deporting them all, but rightfully it was ethnic Russian land and the residents were going to fight for it.

Putin was stuck between a rock and a hard place. The Russian public had been demanding the Kremlin to do something about the plight of Donbass people for many years, and if Putin had not come to their defense his reputation would have suffered badly, and indeed was suffering.

The pivotal event in this history was the Kiev coup, of which Nuland played the key role. The Neocon plot all along has been to destabilize Russia, topple Putin, engineer a “Moscow Maidan,” and repeat what they did to Ukraine. Russia is an incredibly resource wealthy country and the Neocons have been lusting after it ever since the collapse of the USSR.

The Neocons knew that poking the bear would eventually draw a response and finally it worked. That was the signal to trigger the massive sanctions regime, which the Neocons were absolutely certain would result in the destabilization of Russia, the overthrow of Putin and a death blow to the economy. What they didn’t count on was Russia insulating itself from the effects of sanctions, a process that started in 2014 after the annexation of Crimea. While the sanctions did give Russia some trouble, the pain was quickly dealt with and Russia was able to rapidly shift markets. Probably nobody is surprised how well it went more than Putin himself.

Now 430,000 Ukrainian corpses (and counting) are pushing up daisies and experiencing the eternal dirt nap, and no single person in history has done more damage to Ukraine than Neocon utensil Victoria Nuland. The Neocon’s lust to “get Putin” has resulted in the biggest crisis in Europe in a generation and the destruction of a country.

If there ever was a person who should rot behind bars for the rest of her life, it’s Miss Piggy.

Arnaud Bertrand@RnaudBertrand

Very courageous of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung @NZZto publish this!

First of all the article is written by probably the 2 most highly respected German sinologists: Thomas Heberer, a senior professor of Chinese politics and society at the University of Duisburg-Essen and Helwig Schmidt-Glintzer, a senior professor of Chinese studies and the director of the China Centrum Tübingen (CCT).

They wrote this article after having themselves done their own private investigation on site in Xinjiang in May this year with 2 other German China scholars and an international lawyer.

If you don’t speak German or are too lazy to translate it, here is what the article says (I summarize):

  • They confirm that what happened in Xinjiang was the result of “massive Islamist terror between 2010 and 2016” with “twelve separatist-Islamist movements” active at the same time.
  • They remind that “in 2016, extremist Uighurs declared in an ISIS video that they planned to ‘drown Han Chinese in a sea of blood.'” And that “they began recruiting young Uighurs as fighters from Afghanistan and Pakistan in southern Xinjiang”.
  • All this “almost led to a loss of control by the central government”. As a result of this “Beijing felt compelled to respond with undoubtedly excessive measures to curb the terror and regain control. The internal security of all of China was at stake. It should also not be overlooked that the Uighur population itself suffered from the terror.”
  • Beijing’s response was “a transitional phase” between “2017 to 2020” where “Beijing was forced to declare a ‘state of emergency’, move military units to Xinjiang, and establish a strict discipline regime.”
  • Since new Party Secretary Ma Xingrui, who has been in office since December 2021, the goal is “a return to ‘normalcy’ as quickly as possible”. They write that “the various camps established during the peak of the fight against terror have now been largely dissolved” and that “clear signs of a return to ‘normalcy’ are evident. In the regions visited by the group, police street checkpoints are clearly no longer in use.”
  • They write that “among the Uighur population, the modernizations initiated by the central government in education, medical care, and employment clearly receive noticeable sympathy. […] With the introduction of fifteen years of free education (kindergarten, school, and vocational training) for young Uighur men and women, the state has initiated a new development boost. Additionally, initially in the southern part of Xinjiang, there is state-subsidized healthcare. […] This is complemented by regionally divided and adapted development aid and resource allocation from the wealthier eastern provinces of China. This is evident in modern vocational training centers in each Xinjiang county. Students receive 200 yuan monthly in addition to free education to support their parents. State-sponsored settlements of modern branches in the agricultural and industrial sectors, which must employ almost exclusively Uighurs at nationally valid minimum wage standards, are intended to help solve the employment problem.”
  • They write that even though “the travel group could not ascertain general discrimination against the Uighur language and culture, in Xinjiang, as in all areas of ethnic minorities with their language and script, the main language of instruction in schools from secondary level is Mandarin. The native language is always offered as a subject in compulsory schooling.”
  • Their conclusion: “If the human rights situation continues to normalize demonstrably, the EU should initiate dialogue and reconsider the sanctions imposed on China due to Xinjiang.”

Jews and Arabs, lived at lived with each other for thousands of years, then came the Zionists, Eastern Europeans converted to judaism, not even speaking Hebrew and with massive US/Western funding started to take up land and divide Jews and Arabs. They created Israel as an advance base in the Middle East to disrupt the Arab World.

Putin Reveals Attempted Attack on Russian Power Lines by UK-Trained Ukrainian Saboteurs

September 12, 2023

Russian President Vladimir Putin has disclosed an alarming incident involving an attempt by a Ukrainian sabotage group, allegedly trained by British forces, to attack power transmission lines (ЛЭП) within Russian territory. The operation was aimed at disrupting the functioning of a nuclear power station.

During a confrontation on Russian soil, the Federal Security Service (FSB) successfully apprehended members of the Ukrainian armed forces (VSU) who were part of this sabotage mission. Their primary objective was to undermine the power lines connected to a nuclear power plant, a move that could have had catastrophic consequences.

Putin highlighted that, during interrogations, the captured saboteurs confessed to receiving training from British instructors. He also suggested a link between British intelligence activities and directives from the United States.

Expressing his concerns, President Putin asked, “Do they understand the risks they are taking? It’s as if they are provoking Russia into targeting nuclear facilities in Ukraine.”

These revelations add a new layer of complexity to the already tense situation in the region and raise questions about international involvement in the ongoing Ukraine conflict.
