In Gaza, even death becomes a battlefield as the Israeli army has handed over hundreds of bodies, some showing signs of abuse and visible torture, and returned with only numbers instead of names. This adds painful layers for families who cannot identify their loved ones, as Gaza lacks DNA testing equipment and forensic tools due to the ongoing siege.

The Venezuelan army executes the greatest defensive counterattack in the history of modern conflicts… Not by firing a missile, but with a brilliant move that flipped the balance of deterrence: arming the entire population!
In an unprecedented step, the army emptied its arsenals and distributed weapons to citizens, realizing that the fall of regular armies can be instantaneous with a missile strike or a targeted assassination. But when weapons are in the hands of over 28 million Venezuelans, any invasion turns into an endless nightmare.
The plan is simple:
If the army falls… the people start the war.
Every neighborhood, every street, every alley becomes a trap for the occupier.
Every house a trench.
Every citizen a resistor.
This plan, long advocated by many, redefines deterrence. Power no longer lies in a closed arsenal, but in the will of an armed people—unconquerable.
Here’s the message: If you want to break the hegemony of invaders, arm the people…
For the people alone are the last fortress, the weapon that doesn’t fall.
Just imagine… If Iraq, at the moment of real threat, had emptied its arsenals and distributed them to the people, the American occupation would’ve been just a memory in military failure books.
Every neighborhood and alley would’ve been a fire burning the invaders.
But the opposite happened… The army kept all arsenals, as if they were an untouchable treasure, until American tanks arrived, took control without resistance, then dismantled and sold them as scrap!
Meanwhile, the brave Iraqi resistance was searching for a single bullet to defend their dignity.
This is how defeats are made: Not by lack of weapons, but by keeping them away from their rightful owners.
The lesson remains: When the people are armed, they break the back of invaders. When they’re disarmed, nations collapse at the feet of betrayal.

The Sanctioning of Colonel Jacques Baud: A Kafkaesque Ordeal and a Warning to Europe
In an interview with Nima Alkhorshid on December 23, 2025, Colonel Jacques Baud detailed the Kafkaesque ordeal of being placed under EU sanctions. He described a process devoid of due process: receiving no prior warning, having no opportunity to defend himself, and being officially notified only via a public website. “I was accused and sanctioned without any ability to defend myself in front of a court or whatsoever,” Baud stated, emphasizing that the political sanction, decided by the European Council, consolidates executive, legislative, and judicial power into one body—a dynamic he bluntly defined as “exactly the definition of the dictatorship.”
Baud argued the accusations were not only procedurally unjust but substantively absurd, noting he deliberately used Western and Ukrainian sources to avoid such charges. “I even always declined to be on Russian media… I tried to be as objective as I can,” he said. The sanctions’ most immediate and cruel effect, he explained, is that while living in Belgium, “I cannot buy anything… even to eat a piece of bread,” yet he is barred from traveling to his unsanctioned native Switzerland to access funds.
Despite the personal hardship, Baud framed his case as a systemic warning bell for Europe. He contrasted the current climate with the Cold War era, noting, “We never prohibited people to read Pravda… we were confident that we had the best system.” The present need to silence dissent, he suggested, reveals profound institutional insecurity. “A system that is based only on coercion cannot last long,” he observed.
The interview concluded with a powerful, emotional moment for the Colonel. After Alkhorshid informed him that the comment section was filled with messages of support and praise, Baud was visibly moved. His voice cracking with emotion, he expressed deep gratitude, stating that this public solidarity was critically important because “my sanction is a political decision.” He concluded that the outpouring of support from viewers was what would ultimately “put weight on the balance in my favor.” Interview Excerpts: Key Quotes from Colonel Jacques Baud
The following are pivotal statements from Colonel Jacques Baud during his interview on December 23, 2025, following the EU’s decision to place him under sanction.
On the Nature of the Accusation
“It has triggered outrage in the whole of Europe because now everybody knows me… Everybody knows that I’m far from a propagandist. I even always declined to be on Russian official media…”
“The idea is that in the current mindset… everything that comes from Russia is automatically wrong. Therefore, even if they tell the truth, that would discredit your work.”
“We see that we have an accusation here which is extremely flimsy, vague, unsubstantiated… even false, I would say.”
On the Broader Precedent and Danger
“This is a little bit the same thing that we have seen with Assange… at the end of the day, this is a case that has an impact on all of us, and for that reason I think again beyond my particular case it’s something we should be very worried about…”
“You remember that the US just issued their National Security Strategy, where they precisely said that Europe was drifting towards dictatorship or something like that. And here we are…”
On European “Values” and Free Speech
“You can ask yourself, well, Europe is struggling against Palestinians, Russia, Iran, you name it, China, because Europe has values. Now, you can decide for yourself what kind of values there are.”
“It used to be the case that we accepted opinions of others, but now… some journalists are happy that I’m sanctioned because I’m ‘pro-Russian’ so I deserve a sanction, and those journalists are supposed to be in favor of free speech?”
On Hope and Public Support
“But at the same time I see that it triggers so much support around the world and within Europe that it gives me some hope… that it will help people to wake up a little bit and understand the kind of society we are drifting to…”
On Historical Parallels
“And that shows in fact that we are in a situation as we had in the late 17th century or so where the king could decide well you are guilty. Period. He doesn’t have to justify things. You don’t have any means to counter that because that’s the king.”
The Emotional Conclusion
Nima Alkhorshid (Host): “In the comment section, everybody is just praising you and just wishing you a very successful case… What you’re doing is amazing, and we love you.”
Colonel Jacques Baud: (Visibly moved) “Thank you.”

If this video had come out of Iran, a young woman dragged, blindfolded, choked before a crowd, the West would already be mobilizing. Headlines would scream of barbarism, sanctions would be passed overnight, and generals would be drawing up strike plans.
But it is not Tehran. It is Berlin. She is white. And suddenly what would be called tyranny becomes “order,” what would be condemned as barbarism is softened into “restraint.”
This is not a double standard. It is a lie. The West manufactures images of Iran to justify war, while laundering its own violence into the language of democracy and law.
Berlin, she is white, so the world shrugs. Tehran, she is brown, and the world demands blood.

@vonderleyen and the so-called “Censorship Industrial Complex” She does not call it censorship; she calls it “pre-bunking.” Words matter. This kind of framing echoes the logic described in Orwell’s 1984: by redefining language, you redefine what people perceive as acceptable or even real. What many people are unaware of is that the Digital Services Act (#DSA) has extraterritorial effects. Large online platforms that operate globally are required to comply with EU rules worldwide. In practice, this means that content posted by users in the United States can be restricted or removed globally if it is deemed to violate EU regulations—even when that content is lawful under U.S. law and protected by the First Amendment. As a result, American free-speech protections can be indirectly undermined, not by U.S. courts, but by regulatory pressure from the EU on global tech platforms. At the same time, the DSA also incentivizes platforms to pre-emptively suppress or downrank content that is critical of EU institutions or policies, out of fear of fines or legal consequences. This shifts power away from citizens and toward regulators and large corporations acting as gatekeepers of speech. Increasingly, the European Union no longer appears to serve the people; instead, it governs over them. Deciding which opinions are acceptable, which narratives are “safe,” and which voices should be silenced. The lack of free speech is the real danger to a healthy democracy.

“They Fund Your Opponent If You Support Palestine” – Bob Carr on Pro-Israel Lobby Influence
Former Australian Foreign Minister Bob Carr exposes the extensive reach of the pro-Israel lobby in Australia, a foreign influence operation prioritizing Israel’s interests over Australia’s.
He explained that the lobby is exceptionally well-funded, with offices in every capital city, and organizes donations to secure political influence.
Carr warned that the model mirrors U.S. tactics: any politician expressing support for Palestinians risks facing a well-funded opponent in the next election, even in remote or small-population areas.
He emphasized that this strategy systematically suppresses pro-Palestinian voices in government, ensuring unwavering political backing for Israel.

“It’s not that we were invisible, but the world chose not to see us.”
Gaza journalist and writer Saja Hamdan breaks down as she exposes the moral collapse of global media and political systems amid Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza.
Hamdan says that after two years of relentless slaughter, hyper-visibility did not bring justice or protection, but instead revealed deliberate political and media complicity, with outlets sanitizing language, governments ignoring mass protests, and so-called democracies silencing the will of their people.
She argues that the problem was never public empathy, but state power shielding genocide, where Western regimes masquerade authoritarianism behind elections and institutions.
Hamdan reaffirms faith in humanity itself, insisting that education, conscience, and resistance must prevail, not only to free Palestine, but to liberate a world that has normalized oppression.
