it really is it’s it it it’s really a stark difference that there has to be

seen to to to to be able to understand it but it’s happening i mean that’s the

different between what’s happening in Russia in terms of how the people here view the war and unfortunately I feel

bad for the people of Ukraine but the what they’re going through well as a human I feel bad for all

humans who suffer um but when you when you embrace the ideology of Steon Bandera when you embrace a philosophy

that um that treats Russians as subhumans that denigrates the Russian language culture religion um you sort of

get what you pay for and that they’re receiving um the benefit of their uh

they’re getting their just rewards you know we we we in the west some people have said you know we’re going to try and turn the Ukraine conflict into

Russia’s Vietnam um I’m old enough to remember the Vietnam War my father

fought in it my uncles fought in it uh numerous friends and uh and and relatives fought in that con family

friends um and and I can tell you this um in 1970 you never saw Americans

gathering at an airport or a train station or a port to cheer off the American soldiers going to Vietnam the

American soldiers coming home from Vietnam were greeted at the at the airport and spat upon um wow there was

no love law i I I lived in Hawaii at the time and I remember uh driving onto the

base my father was an Air Force officer and uh we lived out in the economy driving on the base there were hundreds

of anti-war demonstrators and just to get on the base you had to run through a pelt of insults and things thrown at

your car this is in America in Hawaii uh this is the sentiment of the nation

compare and contrast russia is now into its third plus year of this conflict it’s been a very difficult conflict um

and look at how the Russian people respond these heroes of the special military operation going back to the

front line where many of them are going to die and some of them very well die

from the weapons that Donald Trump is giving Ukraine today and of those who don’t die many of them will be

physically wounded maimed and others will be mentally don’t go to war and come back um so I just watched a very

interesting movie about you know from Soviet times uh I think a father and his son or something of that nature but it

talk you know it was a story of a Russian man who went to war and got captured it was a prisoner came back

fought in the conflict then after the war you know he lost everything he lost his family he lost his you know

everything his home and he is mentally disturbed mentally disturbed this is

what war does to you even when you win the war there will be hundreds of thousands of Russian men and women who

will need the help of a loving nation we didn’t give that to our Vietnam veterans they came home broken and we didn’t try

to fix them we tried to ignore them the Russian people will be there for their heroes the Russian people will be there

for their broken soldiers the Russian people will never forget the the sacrifice that has been made and this is

again something I think we we touched upon before we went on air i said the Russian people love their country and I

in fact when he came down the escalator in 2015 I thought he was a joke um but

that joke kept wiping the slate when it came to the uh Republicans that they put up against him he beat 17 people in that

primary and went on to win the election um you know so you can’t he’s not you know he’s not a joke um you know his

first four years he acknowledges he wasn’t ready to be president he said he bad team and the team betrayed him okay

so I’ll write off those four years now you come in uh with four years under your belt four years of watching the

Biden administration four years to regroup knowing uh what the system has done to you uh you need you should be

very well prepared you should have a plan you should pick the right people and you should execute this plan uh

is a disappointment in the extreme and you have to ask yourself why i mean literally there are no major impediments
