Scott Ritter REVEALS: Putin’s BIG Card Has Just Been REVEALED! Ukraine Is TERRIFIED IN COLLAPSE

Bideoa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFvPcOKGv0Y

Transkripzioa.

0:00

let’s start with the current situation of the Ukrainian Army we know that there are reports they’re talking about

0:05

Ukraine needs to mobilize 200,000 citizens by the end of the year to

0:10

compensate for losses that they had and how do you find right now the

0:17

situation of the Ukrainian Army that’s in a dire situation um you

0:24

know Ukraine has a very large military um and there are asp of this military

0:30

that are very well trained uh competently LED uh and well equipped um

0:37

but there are larger components of the military that are um not fully trained

0:44

um not competent LED and um and poorly equipped uh which means that you can’t

0:51

speak of a uniformity when when talking about the Ukrainian military um but even

0:56

the most competently LED well equipped well-trained forces um have sustainability factors um you

1:05

know we can go back to you know the beginning of Modern Warfare let’s go to World War I because

1:12

that’s probably a war that um might more accurately reflect some of the battlefield conditions um troops had to

1:19

be rotated out of the trenches they go insane uh being bombarded constantly subjected to continuous pressure not

1:27

being able to sleep um not being able to be fed properly uh and just the wear and

1:33

tear on nerves even the most highly trained soldier would subject to continuous bombardment Falls victim to

1:40

what they call Shell Shock um today we you know PTSD uh but you know you go

1:46

back to World War I they called it shell shock um that’s the state of the Ukrainian military today you have forces

1:52

that are in continuous contact and with the Russians and some of the most brutal attrition style Warfare imaginable uh

2:01

and they’re not able to be rotated out so they lose their combat efficiency so you know even those the the the parts of

2:09

the Ukrainian forces that um that you know could be called competent are now

2:16

less so um and this is this is across the the battlefield there there are some

2:22

parts of the battlefield are uh that the fighting is less intensive than others but in the places where there’s uh

2:29

extreme intensity high intensity chass ofar um up north of kov um you know this

2:37

is where the ukrainians are pouring in the bulk of their uh of their reserves and these reserves are being ground down

2:43

to nothing and spit out by the Russians dead um this is the reality and uh

2:49

there’s a reason why Ukraine needs 200,000 troops is because they are running out of men they’ve run out of

2:54

men they don’t have anymore um they’re you know they’re they’re down to

2:59

hijacking men off of buses pulling men out of shopping centers um stripping men away from their families taking children

3:06

out of the men’s arms um leading them off to be what trained um you know

3:11

effectively no they’re getting minimal training um are thrown the front lines simply to hold a position while Ukraine

3:19

desperately looks for a solution that isn’t coming um there are some Ukrainian

3:24

troops numbered into the thousands that are being trained by NATO um outside of

3:30

Ukraine these forces will come back uh but now what happens they get fed into

3:36

the meat grinder and so all of their trainings were not um you know they’re fed into a situation that they they’re

3:43

not in control of um the Russians are able to inflict horrific casualties on

3:48

them because of the lack of Ukrainian air defense Russia is able to use uh their their

3:55

um fat bombs whether it’s 500 kilograms or 3,000 k

4:00

um you these are these are you know Glide bombs with um Precision guided capability Russia’s able to drop these

4:07

bombs outside of the umbrella of Ukrainian air defense when Ukraine has air defense um and these bombs are just

4:13

devastating doesn’t matter how well- trained you are uh you know my father used to um when I told him I was going

4:20

to join the Marine Corps he said why and I said because they’re the best that’s the if I’m going to go to war I’m going

4:25

to go to war with the best and he said you know that uh you’ll get all that training and as you approach the the

4:31

beach and the landing ramp goes down um some you know poorly trained 20-year-old

4:36

farmer is going to put up his rifle Clos his eyes and pull the trigger and the bullet’s going to hit you right here in the head and you’re dead and all your

4:43

training doesn’t matter because war is a very random thing um and of course he’s

4:49

right I would respond that my death though will be followed by waves of Marines who have the ability to lay down

4:54

suppressing fire on that farmer who will cease the fire effective rounds and then we will close with and destroy him

4:59

through Firepower maneuver and his final moment will be a marine jabbing a bayonet through his chest um that’s why

5:06

the Marines are the best yeah we take losses that’s the reality of War but through training uh through Superior

5:12

Tactics Superior Firepower uh you will you know you will be able to impose your

5:17

will on the battlefield um but you can’t do that when the moment you arrive as you arrive you’re being hit with

5:23

artillery or the bombs uh you know the Ukraine the Russians now have very good

5:30

intelligence surveillance reconnaissance of the battlefield their drones are picking up the troop concentrations if

5:35

the ukrainians concentrate their troops and keep those troops concentrated for any length of time in comes the bomb

5:40

there goes the building they’re all dead because these bombs are extraordinarily lethal um so as a result the Ukraine

5:46

have to break their troops up in the penny packets and start infiltrating them in in smaller units but now the RO

5:52

the Russian fpv drones are roaming the battlefield and they come in and they start hitting them so by the time the

5:57

ukrainians get to the point where they can begin the rot ation out um and you’ve seen the videos they they run up

6:03

in an armor vehicle and they’re literally throwing out the duffel bags and the supplies and the men are running out and then whoever’s there is trying

6:10

to run in they minimize the amount of time and then they’re out of there why you stay there too long in comes the

6:15

Drone down comes the artillery you’re dead but now you’re in that building if Ukraine if the Russians picked it up

6:22

you’re in that building thinking okay I’ve caught my breath in comes the bomb these bombs are now becoming bigger and

6:28

bigger boom dead so all that training the months of training that these guys are getting in Europe is no good because

6:35

they’re being trained in Europe to do maneuver Warfare uh to do classic

6:40

combined arms Warfare where you are maneuvering forward bringing in fire fire support to you know in coordinated

6:47

fashion to try and impose your will on an enemy uh but you’re not getting the chance to do that you’re being killed

6:52

before you get there when you get there you get killed what’s the difference between all the money that went into training you or some kid that was pulled

6:59

out the streets of lvo and thrown in there with no training none you’re dead that’s the reality of the Ukrainian

7:05

military today they’re dying and they can’t be replaced there’s nothing to replace them with the West can continue

7:12

to provide uh the money uh to purchase Weaponry to provide them Weaponry by

7:17

drawing down on existing stockpiles but unless you have wellt trained highly trained people to fall in on this

7:23

equipment uh it does you no good the ukrainians retain some combat capable

7:28

units and they are able to um you know mount a coherent defense again I’ve said

7:34

this before I’ll say it again the bloodiest month for the United States in World War II in uh the European theater

7:41

was April 1945 the final full month of the war when the German military had

7:46

been fundamentally defeated they were using U you know the vul the vulk the People’s Army old men young boys were

7:53

being thrown into battle uh poorly trained troops were being thrown into battle but there was still a core of

7:59

comp military formations that were able to mount a coherent defense they were getting destroyed they were getting

8:05

killed but they were still lethal in their final moments Ukrainian Army will

8:11

be lethal in its final moments we shouldn’t pretend otherwise but these are their final moments there’s there’s

8:19

no Cavalry riding up over the hill to rescue the ukrainians it’s finished this is why you saw volodimir zalinsky

8:26

dejectedly saying we have months left uh we are losing men we can’t replace them

8:33

uh we have to have an an outcome um and he’s right they’re running out of time

8:40

they don’t have men they can’t replace these losses they’re not going to come up with the 200,000 that they need and

8:45

when you don’t have the 200,000 again I’ll use um history you know we we we talk about two battles separate about a

8:52

year in World War II one was the Battle of KK where the Germans brought up their strategic reserves and they launched an

8:58

offensive against the Russians the Russians held the offensive and counterattacked and drove the Germans

9:03

back defeating the Germans but this did not lead to the collapse of the German Army because the German Army still

9:09

retained enough combat coherence that the Russians ran out of steam in the

9:15

battle field um you know stabilized in 1944 though um the Russians launched

9:23

what’s known as operation Bashon in uh B gration in um in in July running through

9:30

August here the Russians again launched an attack the Germans initially were

9:35

able to hold the line but as the attritional Battle Ground down German

9:41

units were wiped out and they didn’t have anything to replace it and as a result gaps opened up in the German

9:47

defenses and the Russians were able to penetrate these gaps getting the rear area creating panic in the other German

9:52

forces who now began to uh Retreat pel Mel and a retreating formation that

9:58

doesn’t take into account maintaining some sort of rear guard action the ability to Counterattack when

10:04

needed uh to a trit to slow down uh it just becomes a moving piece of meat to

10:10

be cut down by the uh by the attacking forces and that’s what happened this became what is known as the collapse of

10:16

army group Center one of the greatest military defeats in modern history um

10:22

because they didn’t have enough manpower to plug the line what happens to the ukrainians When U and I’ve been saying

10:28

this all along it’s called collapse um when the ukrainians are ground down to the point that they run out of manpower

10:35

to fill the Gap to maintain combat coherence collapse happens gaps open up

10:41

they can’t man those gaps the Russians are able to exploit and um that’s the end this is a situation that’s been

10:48

unfolding since the end of the 2023 counter offensive Ukraine chewed up its

10:54

reserves its strategic Reserves at that point in time um and now what has been happening is the Russians have been

11:00

waging a Relentless War of Attrition against the ukrainians pressing forward taking advantage of their numerical

11:06

Supremacy uh and their operational Supremacy to impose their will on the battlefield picking battles that they

11:12

want to fight compelling the ukrainians to engage in battles they didn’t want to fight in and getting the ukrainians to

11:17

chew up their military combat Co cohesiveness you know at what

11:23

point in time does a unit collapse um you know that’s a question that that the military leaders have been planning or

11:29

been you know uh considering for since War has been gone when does a unit stop

11:35

being combat capable you know let’s say we have a unit that has 100 men in it um

11:40

it goes to battle at what point in time does it stop when it takes 10 losses now there’s only 90 men left now there still

11:47

when it takes 20 losses there’s 80 men left it’s still there 30 losses there’s

11:53

70 men left you’re getting tough now because that that 100 man unit is supposed to be doing certain things on the battlefield that require 100 men to

11:59

do do it now there’s only 70 but if these 70 men are well-led well motivated well trained maybe they can get 40 guys

12:06

you’re down to 60 and now now you have problems it’s still fall you know you’re not gonna be able to do what you’re

12:12

supposed to do you’re gonna have to fall back 50 50% losses it’s I mean it’s

12:17

tough for anybody to operate under those conditions because now you’re literally one man’s being asked to do the job of two but it’s worse than that because the

12:25

way units are supposed to integrate you’re now actually being asked to do the job 10 and that becomes tough and

12:31

then when it gets down to 40% I mean you’re finished um it takes time to get you down there

12:38

what I what I’ve said in the past is that the ukrainians when they take 80% losses are supposed to withdraw a unit

12:44

out replace it with the unit that’s how you maintain combat cohesion so you have units engaged on the front but you also

12:50

have units held in reserve that then can come move in by grinding down the units by grinding down the reserve units which

12:57

the Russians did in 202 23 you now have limited capacity to replace the units at

13:02

the front and then by Russia by keeping up the war of attrition you are grinding

13:07

the units down so 100 men come down to 80 gets pulled out gets replaced but now they only have 10 guys to replace now

13:14

when they come back and get rotated back in there’s only 90 and then the next time they come out they lose 20 now

13:20

they’re down to 70 they get pulled out they get replaced but that unit that replaces them isn’t full strength either

13:26

and then you keep going so the war continues because people are like Scott you said collapse why didn’t they collapse it’s a process ladies and

13:33

gentlemen it’s a process called attrition and it takes time um and and

13:38

so you’re seeing that and now what we see right now is zalinsky stating the obvious they don’t have anybody left so

13:44

the units that are being called to rotate in they’re at the point where even as they get rotated in they’re not

13:50

combat cohesive they can’t sustain a meaningful presence on the battlefield they’re getting chewed up they’re dying

13:56

at a quicker rate meanwhile the supposed to replace them that’s pulled out they can’t refit in time so that this unit’s

14:03

getting chewed up it’s got to be replaced but the unit that’s going to go replace him isn’t ready the guys haven’t rested they haven’t brought in Replacements they haven’t trained they

14:09

haven’t done anything they’re getting thrown in so now they’re weaker they get chewed up at a quicker rate and boom

14:15

it’s finished and that’s where we’re at with the Ukrainian military right now they’re um they’re done and this is why

14:21

I don’t know if you saw the um the chief of staff of the AO you know that Nazi unit that doesn’t exist um it exists

14:29

they’re there and he just told zilinski don’t even think about signing a peace treaty or a negotiated settlement it’ll

14:34

be the end of you once again aov is resorting to what it’s always done threatening um Ukrainian Leaders with

14:41

death if they choose a path other than uh Valhalla um and that’s the reality of

14:48

it I mean you have the Nazis in control in Ukraine up until the very end do you think that the United States

14:55

has any sort of Leverage on these people these as of battalions or nothing there

15:01

to help the United States seems to me that aov has the

15:07

leverage on the United States so we we we just uh lifted uh the prohibition of against providing weapons and training

15:14

to them um so who’s in charge you know um you know we used to at least have a

15:21

pretend to be uh you know conscience of the fact that these are the worst of the worst these are the scum of the earth

15:27

these are Nazis literal Nazis literal Nazis um but now that doesn’t matter

15:33

either because we’re in the business of killing Russians and um as long as the Nazis are willing to kill Russians and

15:39

are able to kill Russians we might as well give them the weaponry and training necessary to accomplish that task

15:45

um yeah so no uh we we have no control over them we’ve lost we they control us

15:52

they’re in charge I mean think about it we call zolinski the greatest Democratic leader in modern history I mean he is

15:59

the Winston Church of Ukraine he’s the best of the best we support him dearly we love this guy he’s democracy

16:06

personified he was just threatened by the head of azov well wait a minute what happened to

16:11

democracy what happened to zalinsky being the the Democratic lead he was just threatened by the Nazis now

16:17

normally we would say well that can’t happen um let’s take the Nazis out I mean that’s it’s a good time for America

16:23

to come in with its weaponry and kill all the Nazis amazing that’d be the one thing I would support right now

16:28

Americans killing Nazis that would be an amazing thing but we’re not because

16:33

zilinsky is not a Democratic leader he’s not the leader that we he doesn’t control Ukraine we control Ukraine and

16:40

one of the mechanisms we use to control Ukraine are the Nazis so that’s where we’re at right now this is a it’s an

16:47

embarrassment it’s a humiliation for the United States my uh Uncle who went over

16:53

the Normandy beaches on D plus 6 I think it was D plus 6 or seven

17:00

fought his way through France survived the Battle of the Bulge you know he’d be rolling over in his grave right now

17:06

because um this was a grown man he was brought to his knees and tears when I took him to the battlefield where you

17:13

know he was a transpor he was a truck driver he wasn’t Frontline combatant uh he was doing the red line Express moving

17:19

back and forth moving Logistics uh but his um his truck company got caught out

17:24

in the open by German 88s that uh in a flash of an eye uh and killing over 250

17:30

of them um I we took him to the to the cemetery in Luxembourg uh where um they

17:37

were buried and he again cried there but when we took him to the field where the

17:42

Ambush took place he broke down these were Nazis and I remember we when we

17:47

next to the American cemetery there’s a uh a German Cemetery it’s not as well

17:55

uh laid out people aren’t AR aren’t aware of you have look for it but um in

18:00

there is it’s a mass grave where tens of thousands of German soldiers who died in the fighting are there and uh he refused

18:06

to go see it he said they’re Nazis they’re all Nazis he hated them hated them with a passion we lived in Germany

18:13

the time he came to visit us he was happy to drive through France and and see liberated France he was happy to see

18:19

Luxembourg and Belgium you know as far as the Germans are concerned there was no love lost they were Nazis uh they

18:26

were the enemy um you know and there the greatest generation of Americans who

18:31

fought and died and bled and sacrificed to defeat Nazi Germany and uh we are

18:36

disgracing their memory today disgracing everything they stood for everything they fought for by supporting these

18:42

Nazis in Ukraine Anthony blinkin is talking about

18:47

improving air defense system of Ukraine do you think he’s talking about these

18:52

eight air defense system Patriot systems that they’re going to get from Israel or

18:58

they’re talking about the new bill of Pentagon that is going to buy new

19:04

systems well he’s not talking about the eight systems from Israel because Israel’s not giving those eight systems up Israel was talking about retiring

19:10

those systems back when Israel wasn’t getting ready to commit suicide by going to war against Hezbollah Israel right

19:15

now is retaining those systems because Israel knows that it has to have maximum air defense capacity if it is going to

19:20

fight Hezbollah and even then it’s going to be a losing cause because as will overwhelm it so forget about those a

19:26

Israeli systems they don’t exist as far as Ukraine is concerned um the United States has put in orders

19:32

for new Patriot missiles it takes time to build them takes time to prepare those won’t arrive on the battlefield

19:38

anytime soon so what he’s talking about is drawing down about the direct transfer of American Patriot batteries

19:44

from American forces deployed in Poland batteries that are supposed to protect American forces in Poland are now going

19:50

to be transferred and putting pressure on European nations to do the same for Germany to transfer Patriot batteries uh

19:57

the the important thing to note here is that um you know ask yourself why do we have

20:04

to transfer new Patriot batteries didn’t we provide Ukraine with Patriot batteries before what happened to them

20:12

they were destroyed what do you think will happen to these Patriot what is it that’s magical about these Patriot

20:18

batteries that suddenly give them a survivability Factor at least when the old Patriot batteries were provided they

20:23

were they were integrated into a an existing air defense umbrella uh that consisted old Soviet era stuff some um

20:31

other air defense systems from Europe they had an umbrella that was destroyed by the Russians so now you’re plugging

20:37

the Patriots into nothing so they’re G to come in and they’re going to be Standalone uh with limited support from

20:44

other P they’re gonna die that’s the reality of everything we send to Ukraine none of

20:51

it has a survivability Factor none of it does it complicate Russia’s uh you know

20:56

military problem set yeah but Russia’s already got a solution for the Patriot they’ve destroyed them in the past

21:03

they’ll destroy them again so Lincoln is just stupidity personified a man who is

21:12

saying things because the perception of power that’s acred by saying we’re giving Patriots to the ukrainians is

21:19

apparently enough to assuage the sensibilities of an American electorate on the eve of a national election where

21:25

unfortunately the issue of the conflict in Ukraine in the role it plays in po

21:31

potentially precipitating a conflict with Russia bringing about World War III and nuclear Annihilation the American

21:36

people are sleepwalking they’re more interested in debating the merits of a brain dead president versus A pompous

21:42

uh who uh you know neither one of whom have a plan toh to save America

21:48

at all one is one of them is literally dead man walking and the other one you

21:54

know doesn’t deserve the title of commander-in-chief even though he once had it um you know we’re worried about

22:00

that we’re not worried about the consequences of uh of what happens if either man stays in power lacking any

22:07

coherent uh plan on how to deal with Russia how to avoid nuclear war instead both of them seem to be held bent on

22:13

promoting nuclear war yeah you talk about these differences between aelf Battalion and

22:19

zalinski do you think that this new there is a new report on the differences

22:25

between cerski and zalinski zalinski is not happy with CI right now do you think

22:31

is is it part of that problem between Zol Battalion and zalinski and right now

22:38

between cersi and zalinski or is it something else well the problem is zalinski lives

22:43

in a fantasy land uh that that um that has Ukraine somehow prevailing on the

22:50

battlefield able to pressure Russia into accepting peace conditions dictated by Ukraine that Russia uh right now is

22:56

indicated that it’s not even going to considered um and zalinski can’t deviate

23:02

he has he’s politically committed to this fantasy and when you have a general who continuously reminds him of

23:08

Battlefield reality that becomes inconvenient um and

23:13

so apparently zalinski wants to surround himself with generals

23:18

who um continues to remind him of how brilliant he is how wonderful his plan

23:24

is and will come up with some military solution where none exists um you know I’m not a fan of cki but you

23:31

know he has a reputation of being a um a very brutal leader on the battlefield

23:38

meaning that again I I don’t mean I mean war is hell man you I wish people would

23:43

stop pretending otherwise um you know CI has a reputation for um

23:50

aggressively pursuing operations that result in Ukrainian casualties sometimes

23:57

Ukraine comes out on top sometimes they don’t um but he doesn’t shy away from war he’s sort of the equivalent of

24:04

ulyses Grant without the bottomless reservoir of Union Manpower but you know

24:09

the thing about ulyses S Grant is it wasn’t pretty when he led the U the union armies against the Confederates in

24:15

fact many of the battles that he fought in 1864 uh he lost the Confederates held

24:20

the battlefield but the problem is uh he grounded them down it was a war of attrition and um he uh committed his

24:28

troops uh he suffered more casualties than the Confederacy but he could replace his casualties the Confederacy

24:34

couldn’t replace their casualties and um Siri is is a UL has the mindset of

24:39

ulyses es Grant relentless on the battlefield Relentless the problem is he doesn’t have the manpower to back it up

24:45

and now he’s confronting zolinski with the reality that we can’t continue you know you wanted me because remember

24:51

zolinski said I need you to change the reality of the battlefield so that Russia will accept the peace conditions

24:57

that we are dictating to them in order to do that you can’t be passive you have to be aggressive so Siri carried out

25:03

aggressive operations um the problem is the Russians are better positioned to deal with that

25:10

than the ukrainians are to to to inflict casualties and Russia um flip the script

25:15

and it was the ukrainians were dying in massive numbers and they can’t replace them and they weren’t achieving anything meaningful on the battlefield CI though

25:23

was trying to create conditions on the battlefield that match the fantasy land that Z ‘s brain resides in um now cki

25:31

has come up and said we we can’t we can’t continue this and so zalinski is looking for sicence in the in the

25:38

military who will say we can we can do this and this is tragic for the Ukrainian Army because at the end of the

25:44

day the only way you can turn zelinsky’s fantasy into reality is to have a

25:49

meaningful Battlefield victory over the Russians which means that you have to engage the Russians in significant

25:54

combat using forces that aren’t up to the task um and then you they just die in greater numbers but now remember what

26:01

we’re talking about operation B gracion July August of 1944 um the collapse of army group

26:08

Center this is the conditions that are being raised right now the Ukrainian Army has burned itself out there’s

26:14

nothing left and yes they’ll be able to fight and die on the battlefield and yes they’ll be able to inflict Russian

26:20

casualties but we are leading to the absolute collapse of the Ukrainian Army um and that’s total victory for the

26:27

Russians Russians are talking about that kef was

26:32

supplied with chemicals and radioactive weapons and they may want to do a false

26:38

flag operation we had we know that KF is capable of doing this considering what

26:44

has happened in sasto in dastan those terrorist attacks do you think is it possible that KF goes after some sort of

26:52

false flag operations I I don’t know what a false flag op operation is I mean um if you

27:00

have chemical weapons how is it a false flag you have to use those weapons false flag is when you say we didn’t do it

27:06

somebody else did it well and Ukraine who’s gonna so I don’t I don’t buy into the false flag on the nuclear I mean

27:13

there’s a theory that Ukraine would uh you know do something in zapia at the nuclear power plant blame it on Russia

27:20

the problem is um I’ll just tell you right now that it’s impossible to do so

27:25

uh and survive the forensic investigation that follow um the the the way um you know nuclear

27:32

particles work just ask Iran I mean the the the the Ia inspectors go in there

27:38

and find a particle that’s been lying around for 30 years um you know and and

27:44

are able to identify it isolate it and eventually um find you know trace it

27:50

back to its source uh any false flag so-called false flag uh provocation

27:56

using nuclear material radioactive material it wouldn’t survive forensics

28:01

and so it’s it’s stupid and um you you know I don’t think it plus it’s not

28:07

going to further anything it’s U it would be an act of desperation and

28:12

then I don’t even think Ukraine’s most fervent supporters would support that that course of action on the chemicals

28:18

we know they’re using chemical weapons right now um I have um two friends who

28:23

were just um two Russians friends who were um wounded wounded by a drone a

28:29

Ukrainian drone um and they survived the wounds they had shrap the wounds but the ukrainians are treating the drones with

28:35

a a very um corrosive chemical agent and the burns that then appeared on their

28:42

bodies are are substantive um and we know we we’ve seen videos of the

28:47

ukrainians bragging about um you know using drones to deploy chemical weapons

28:53

and and uh and and coding things so we know they’re using chemical weapons already on the battlefield uh that’s a

28:59

statement of fact um but the thing about chemical weapons is that they have zero military significance unless they’re

29:05

used in extraordinarily massive quantities um at the same time it just

29:10

becomes you know to use it the way they’re using it right now becomes a um you know harassing factor it’s tragic

29:15

for the guys that were hit you know they what would have been just a small shrap run now has become a massive burn that’s

29:21

uh extended down their body um it will scar them in forever and you know could

29:26

prove fatal because when you burned to that degree you compromise immune systems infection sets in you could die

29:33

um but that’s not a a warch changing strategy it just proves the criminal nature of the Ukrainian regime and the

29:40

Ukrainian Armed Forces um you know so no I I I mean Russia’s warning of this but

29:46

I I’m just I can’t come up with a um a chemical scenario or a nuclear scenario

29:51

radiation scenario that uh Alters the ultimate um results on the battlefield

29:58

yeah we know we know that they attacked sast that didn’t that couldn’t change anything on the battlefield but they

30:04

went after doing this and well sasap again I I think their target was a

30:11

military Airfield that was Co that was located near the the beach

30:17

um a legitimate Target let’s just be honest I mean you’re War SAS you know

30:22

the beach happened because um that missile either malfunctioned or was intercepted and Scattered its submunition over the beach that’s not

30:29

the issue here it’s not about Ukraine attacking a beach it’s about the United States attacking Russia that’s the issue

30:37

here you know Ukraine didn’t launch that attack on its own bition it used the attack’s missile system that’s an

30:43

American missile system with American guidance system requires American intelligence to be imputed by American

30:49

technicians after receiving political guidance from the American leadership that Ukraine would be allowed to use

30:55

American weapons to strike Russia this was an americ attack against Russia not a Ukrainian attack stop calling it a

31:01

Ukrainian attack the Russians don’t view it as such this is why the US ambassador was summoned by Russia to the Ministry

31:08

of Foreign Affairs afterwards and not only read the riot act but told we blame you you attacked us you will be held

31:16

accountable there will be retaliation that’s why she went back and wrote a panic memorandum to the state

31:23

department they got on the phone to Lloyd Austin Lloyd Austin made a panic phone call the minister of defense Bela

31:28

we got to keep lines of communications over we don’t want any misunderstanding there’s no misunderstanding secretary Austin you attacked Russia you attacked

31:37

Russia and that’s the reality every American has to sit here and understand that we would feel the same way if Cuba

31:44

fired if Russia said we’re giving Cuba missiles for the purpose of attacking the United States and Russia did the

31:51

intelligence collection that Cuba can’t do then took that information programmed into the missiles it may be a Cuban

31:56

finger that pushed the button but it’s a Russian missile given to Cuba by Russia for the express purpose of attacking

32:02

Miami now the missiles may have been intended to hit Homestead Air Force base near Miami but instead they were

32:09

intercepted malfunction hit Miami beach but it doesn’t matter Russia attacked America and we’ view it exactly that

32:17

way America attacked Russia end of story no debate the Russians view it that way

32:23

and the Russians are right what Russia decides to do in terms of retaliation

32:29

we don’t know yet but Russia knows who attacked them and has identified them

32:34

and has promised to retaliate it seems that ukrainians are moving their army to the border with

32:41

barus do we know why they’re doing this Mad Men do mad things um there’s there’s

32:47

a theory out there that Ukraine is moving the the you know they’ve always

32:53

maintained a military screen there but now it it appears that some of the units that are being trained in Europe are

32:59

showing up and they’re going to be moved to that border

33:04

um let’s just be clear here Ukraine lacks the military capacity

33:10

to launch anything meaningful in terms of an offensive operation against belus a belus army outclasses the Ukrainian

33:15

Army the Ukrainian Army today and it’s backed by the Russian military Etc some people say that Ukraine is seeking to

33:21

provoke a fight with belus to compel belus to intervene and therefore uh

33:27

allow to come to the rescue of Ukraine because of B Russian intervention um but

33:33

in order for that to be true two things have to be one ukrainians have to be capable of launching a meaningful

33:38

offensive against beers they’re not and two NATO needs to be capable of inserting itself into Ukraine in a

33:45

meaningful and survivable fashion and it’s not so I don’t know what the hell ukrainians are up to from military

33:51

standpoint it makes no sense whatsoever when when it comes to the zalanski and his idea of that we cannot

33:59

continue this conflict in Ukraine as You’ mentioned before do you think this

34:05

idea came just suddenly in his mind and he was suddenly talking about it or he was

34:11

thinking of what’s going on in the United States considering Joe Biden and Donald Trump and then he decided to talk

34:20

about these things on the battlef I think it’s more direct than that it came after the strike against

34:26

sasta Pole after the Russians warn the United States after um the conversation

34:32

between Lloyd Austin and bov I think the United States put zalinsky on notice

34:37

that uh this War’s over you have to find a way out we’ll continue to

34:44

publicly um you know posture and suppor of you but this war is over it’s finished you’ve lost come up with a

34:51

solution otherwise the solution will be imposed on you um by us by Russia by

34:57

somebody but there the the recognition is Ukraine has lost this War I mean

35:02

there’s a whole bunch of nonsense coming out of Europe but think about it France

35:08

know a month ago we were talking about French intervention in Ukraine nobody’s talking about that anymore why because macron’s party got trounced

35:15

trounced mcon is GNA continue to be the president but he no longer has the ability to order troops around imaginary

35:22

troops or real troops or whatever France is finished Germany is finished schulz’s part

35:28

trounced in the European Parliament elections um you know the Europe is

35:34

finished Victor Orban just went to Kev what did they talk about we don’t know but we can

35:40

guess you know Victor Orban went to Kev because he’s feeling empowered why is he feeling empowered because all of his

35:47

European opponents that have been lobbying against him everything are crushed like little bugs on a windshield

35:55

um and Orban now is looking at a situ situation where Ukraine desperate for Manpower starting to mobilize the

36:02

hungarians of Ukraine there’s a significant little Hungarian population and Hungary has always said those

36:08

hungarians are hungarians and we’re not going to let you do you know drag them into this conflict I think orbon went

36:14

there and told zalinsky um stop or we’ll stop you um I think orban’s being

36:21

proactive in trying to prevent harm coming to the Ukrainian population of uh or the Hungarian population of Ukraine

36:29

and uh if zalinski doesn’t listen to Orban when the collapse comes and I’m here to tell you it’s coming everybody

36:35

knows it’s coming when the collapse comes that little corner of Ukraine that speaks Hungarian will no longer be part

36:43

of Ukraine but Hungarian and that begins the dismantlement of um of of Ukraine so

36:51

that’s what I think’s Happening Here I think that uh Europe is just extraordinarily weak right now we’re gonna see a NATO Summit um where they

36:58

thought they were going to be talking about one thing but it’ be completely different reality the United States will be overseeing it um it’s either G to

37:05

just be absolute fantasy I mean just craziness um or maybe the United States

37:11

will bring nato in and start talking you know reality um and NATO has to start

37:17

thinking about reality um Mark Ruth who’s now going to be the Secretary General come October 1st um has to look

37:25

at increasingly not just the possibility but probability that the next president United States will be named Donald Trump

37:32

and what the consequences of that are and uh maybe it’s better for NATO to align its policies to meet that reality

37:39

than continuing to overextend themselves and engage in activities that Donald Trump finds reprehensible and will

37:46

oppose um so I don’t know it’s going to be interesting to see what happens um

37:51

next week I guess um or week and a half uh when NATO gathers in Washington DC uh

37:57

are we going to see um a a realignment of NATO’s posture that meets reality not

38:04

fiction not just the military reality on the battlefield which is dire but the political reality within Europe which is

38:09

incapable of sustaining that fight so um again something I’ve been saying all

38:15

along that this conflict will lead to the political collapse of the political and economic Elite to drive this war and

38:22

we’re seeing that collapse taking place it seems that all was asking

38:28

zalinsky to go after some sort of ceasefire and we later we we’ve learned

38:33

that zalinsky Administration rejected this concept that they they’re not interested in any sort of cisar with

38:40

Russia if they want to negotiate how they cannot I would argue that Ukraine

38:46

would benefit from cisar much more than Russia because they’re losing the

38:51

conflict well Russia will never accept a ceasefire so let’s stop talking about that Russia doesn’t do ceas ceas fires

38:58

Russia does conflict termination Putin’s made that clear that he’s not going to do a ceasefire there’s not going to be a

39:04

frozen conflict there’s not going to be a Korean scenario that the war will end

39:09

and the war will end on terms favorable to Russia uh Ukraine can either participate in negotiation to try and

39:16

get as much out of these terms as possible or they can continue to commit suicide and as Putin said the next time

39:23

we put something on the table it’s not going to be in terms of a negotiated settle it’s going to be your unconditional

39:29

surrender with very unfavorable terms to Ukraine I think orbon was sending a message too that uh you might want to do

39:38

this uh you might want to look for an outcome but um let there be no doubt

39:43

orbon also put a coin down on the table about the Hungarian population in Ukraine which right now is being

39:48

subjected to um deprivations at the hands of the military uh recruiters who

39:55

were going in and hijacking hungarians out of their homes and sting to the

40:01

battlefield when it comes to the relationship between Russia China and

40:06

India the the West tried so hard to separate China from Russia and later on

40:12

we had new movements political movements between the United States and India to

40:18

make some sort of distance between Russia and India right now we know that

40:23

Modi right after his reelection he’s going to be in Russia and considering that project that

40:31

big project to the from North to the south from Russia to India what’s going

40:38

on right now considering the Rel the relationship between India and

40:44

Russia India and Russia have mutually beneficial strategic relationships they go back decades

40:51

um but India is also a nation that’s very worried about China and um

40:57

in more in in particular about bricks in China they’re worried

41:03

about buying into a bricks system of multipolarity that is little more than a

41:11

disguised um you know Chinese hegemony India doesn’t want to subordinate itself

41:17

in any way shape or form to China um United States is seeking to exploit that

41:25

by um you know driving a wedge not only between India and China but also India

41:30

and Russia um it’s going to fail um

41:39

India may not jump in with both feet into bricks just yet but

41:46

um the Indians aren’t stupid and they take a look at the geopolitical

41:51

situation and the trends you know which way it’s trending and it doesn’t take

41:57

take a rocket scientist uh to realize that multipolarity is the future of the

42:02

world so it’s India’s job to negotiate the best possible posturing of India

42:09

within a bricks forum and India will seek to do that by sitting on the fence

42:14

as long as possible playing off the the West against uh against the East against

42:20

China in Russia um in particular China

42:25

but um India knows that um Russia is a reality

42:30

that’s there um Russia doesn’t put any demands on India whereas the United

42:35

States puts excessive demands on India uh the United States is seeking to sustain a failed model the model of

42:43

American hemony Russia is seeking to promote the model of the future um India

42:50

will work with Russia on how to fully integrate itself into that model in a

42:55

way that uh doesn’t allow China you know Total

43:02

Domination um so I think that’s what India is up to right now uh they you know desperate Western analysts take a

43:09

look at tactical decisions made by India uh that are designed to um you know

43:15

maintain and sustain relations with the West as they sit on the fence and they over analyze it over interpreted aha

43:22

that means India is being drawn away from the bricks orbit India’s this doesn’t mean anything of that nature

43:27

India is um connected to Russia um militarily

43:33

um through energy increasingly um and politically um Modi doesn’t fly to

43:40

Russia because he’s seeking a divorce Modi flies to Russia because he’s seeking to court Russia and uh that’s

43:47

what the West needs to understand that India and Russia are joined and they’re not the West

43:54

can’t separate the two the future is bricks Russia’s an important part of bricks India wants to be a important

44:00

part of bricks there we go the important things about the Russian foreign policy

44:06

Scott is when it comes to the North Korea when it comes to India Russia has

44:13

good relationship with North Korea with China with India with China and it’s

44:20

it’s unbelievably the role of Russia within bricks is so important so crucial

44:27

for the existence of bricks the way that they’re managing their foreign

44:33

policy 100% I mean look Russia is a very mature Nation when it comes to foreign

44:38

policy very pragmatic very realistic um and also opportunistic to

44:45

the extent that uh they take advantage of developing situations they’re not one to let uh let an opportunity uh go by um

44:55

and the United States has made a a number of uh egregious um diplomatic

45:01

errors that Russia is exploiting um this chairmanship uh that

45:07

Russia enjoys in bricks right now is is critical uh what Russia is seeking to do

45:15

with this chairmanship is to Fast Track the institutionalization of bricks take

45:21

it from Simply a club A Gathering a casual um relationship based upon

45:28

potential not reality and turn it into reality to turn bricks into an institution that can stand toeo Toe with

45:35

the G7 um that that serves as an alternative to the G20 to diminish the

45:41

role of the G20 even though they claim that’s not their role of course it is because the G20 is an outgrow to the G7

45:47

designed to be dominated by the G7 bricks says to the G20 membership you can be independent of the G7 you can

45:54

have your own power and within bricks you’ll have the the core Nations that um

46:00

will be able to dominate the G7 um but you can only do that if you can match the G7 in terms of you know the the

46:07

institutional capabilities the G7 right now has you know institutionalized its

46:13

policies its programs its postures so they can turn Theory into reality more effectively brics needs to do the same

46:20

thing and this is what Russia is seeking to do not just expand bricks but to um

46:26

to organize bricks as it exists into an entity capable of generating Collective

46:35

policies it’s a greater challenge for Russia than uh the G7 because the G7 just

46:43

said I got a new puppy who’s decided he was gonna go on a oneman uh destruction

46:49

mode so I gotta hold him here before he eats everything um or chews up everything but um no you know

46:58

the for the for the G7 it’s an extension of American foreign policy so the g7’s

47:03

job is simply to take what America directs and turn it into the appearance of um you

47:10

know a communal decision the G7 makes no decisions without the United States let’s just make that clear that G7 is

47:17

incapable of G7 fought the United States dictates to the G7 bricks doesn’t work

47:24

that way Russia doesn’t dictate China doesn’t dictate India doesn’t dictate South Africa doesn’t dictate Brazil

47:31

doesn’t dictate it’s a consensus-driven organization where the the major players

47:36

have uh the ability to influence but what in order to make bricks viable they

47:41

have to institutionalize consensus they have to institutionalize a communal multipolar

47:47

feel and that’s what’s Russia is seeking to do this year is to create these institutions to begin the dialogue the

47:54

conversations um that that are are necessary for bricks to become an entity

48:00

that can match not just the theory of uh of of policy um desire but the reality

48:07

to trans the to transform you know Concepts into practical application you

48:14

need institutions to do that Russia is in the business of building institution Russia is the most important nation in

48:20

bricks today this year China will always be an important member because of its uh

48:26

it’s it’s economic potential but the the thing is for China to take the lead on

48:31

institutionalizing bricks that’d be very problematic especially for India but

48:37

because of the relationship between Russia and Modi and I can guarantee you when Modi comes and visits Putin talking

48:43

about the institutionalization of bricks the role that India will play in the

48:48

creation of these institutions so that Indian interests aren’t overwhelmed by

48:54

Chinese you know power um is very important Russia because of

49:00

the outstanding diplomatic core that it has the outstanding leadership provided by Sergey lavro by Vladimir Putin and

49:06

others Russia is perfectly positioned to create the institutions that will enable

49:12

China and India to function together going forward
