IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley’s opening statement on Department of Justice Corruption and the Biden Family’s Crimes:
“I’m here to tell you that the Delaware US Attorney’s Office and Department of Justice’s handling of the Hunter Biden tax investigation was very different from any other case my 14 years at the IRS. At every stage decisions were made that benefited the subject of this investigation.
For example, prosecutors conceal contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop from investigators. DOJ slow walked steps to include interviews, serving document requests, and executing search warrants. Warrents that we’re ready as early as April of 2020, but were delayed until after the November 2020 election, and never pursued.
Investigators were not allowed to follow up on WhatsApp messages from Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud backup, where he suggested he was sitting next to his father. Assistant United States Attorney Leslie Wolf cited the optics of executing a search warrant at President Biden’s residence as a deciding factor for not allowing it even though she agreed that probable cause existed.
Prosecutors instructed investigators not to ask about the big guy or dad when conducting interviews. The Biden transition team was tipped off about interviews the night before the investigation went over.
A fact that my FBI counterpart confirmed to this committee in recent testimony where the result was only one witness spoke to investigators that day. These are just some of the examples of how our investigation was stymied.

Russia’s withdrawal from the Black Sea Grain Initiative has been carefully prepared in series of steps over the last few months. This is not a sudden move, this is a deliberate strategy.
The destruction of #Kakhovka dam has obliterated irrigation systems — with 94% in Kherson, 74% in Zaporizhia, and 30% in Dnipropetrovsk now lacking a water source. The ramifications stretch beyond Ukraine’s borders, affecting nations that rely on its food supplies — notably grains — for their food security.
The three key Ukrainian ports have been blocked from shipping #commodities over the last three months. As a result of recent Russian attacks on infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, 60,000 tonnes of grain were destroyed in the port of Chornomorsk (one of the three key ports for the Black Sea Grain Initiative). Odesa has also been under Russian attacks. Russia’s Defence Ministry said on Wednesday it would deem all ships travelling to Ukrainian ports to be potential carriers of military cargo and their flag countries to be parties to the conflict on the Ukrainian side. Ukraine has proposed sending grain ships via the territorial waters of nearby NATO nations but sources told @gCaptain that the US Navy shutdown the request to protect ships near NATO shores.
The Russian demands are clear: logistics, freight & shipment of Russian grain and fertilizers must be ensured, Russian banks reconnected to SWIFT and supplies of spare parts for agricultural machinery resumed. At its core, this move by Russia is a calculated pressure tactic aimed at the West, with the intent of obtaining approval for Rosselkhozbank’s inclusion in SWIFT, thereby contravening the prevailing sanctions regime. Achieving this milestone would pave the way for the efficient freight, logistics, and shipping of Russian food commodities and fertilizers, setting a precedent for circumventing Western sanctions and injecting much-needed forex liquidity into the Russian economy.
Russia is ready to trigger Food Crisis 2.0 if necessary and the Global South will suffer the most. If Ukraine is unable to export food, the population of the poorest countries will be on the verge of survival. In addition, the global economy will suffer. The price of grain will increase and not all countries will be able to afford to buy agricultural products, which means that the price of food will increase significantly: flour, grains, meat.
By manufacturing the conditions conducive for Food Crisis 2.0, Russia stands to wield significant leverage over African and Asian countries, given their heavy dependence on Russian and Ukrainian commodities. This, in turn, serves to exert additional pressure on the West to acquiesce to Russia’s demands. #Velsig #geoeconomics

64% of Ukrainians complained about a decrease in income, almost 30% about the loss of a job, 64% noted a deterioration in mental health, and 78% said that among friends and relatives there were dead or injured. But despite such sad figures, 70% of respondents to the question “Do you consider yourself a happy person?” answered in the affirmative, writes Metametrica.
32% of Ukrainians believe that Kyiv needs six months or a year to win, 30% – more than a year, 17% – just a few months. Only 1% of respondents do not believe in Ukraine’s victory.

The proposed BRICS currency will be gold-backed, unlike the US dollar which is arguably backed by just declining military dominance. According to recent reports, as many as 41 countries are open to using the BRICS currency, which would mean a serious challenge to Washington’s domination over the world economy.
Previous reports have also proposed that the BRICS currency may also be backed by the natural resource wealth of the member states, including rare earth metals.

As for the Polish leaders, they probably expect to form some kind of coalition under the “NATO umbrella” and directly intervene in the conflict in Ukraine in order to then “tear off” a bigger piece for themselves, to regain, as they believe, their historical territories – today’s Western Ukraine. It is well known that they also dream of the Belarusian lands.
As for the policy of the Ukrainian regime, that is his business. They want, as traitors usually do, to hand over something, to sell something, to pay off something with the owners – this, I repeat, in the end, is their business. We will not interfere in this.

In April 2022, Russia and Ukraine had a peace deal and had already begun executing it.
Then on Washington’s orders, Boris “Borat” Johnson was sent to veto it. “We’ll back you all the way to victory,” was presumably the promise that Borat whispered in Zelensky’s ear.
And now a million Ukrainians are either dead, wounded or missing, and Ukraine is being methodically destroyed.
Such is the insane avariciousness of the Anglo-American axis, willing to sacrifice a whole country in order to acquire Russia.

Yesterday Putin revealed an extremely important piece of information. In April 2022, an agreement of permanent neutrality of ukraine was signed between Russia and ukraine. It also reveals that the Western narrative that Putin can’t be trusted is just another projection.

The basic outline of the agreement is as follows:
1. Russia withdraws troops from Kiev, Sumy and Chernigov
2. ukraine declares neutrality
3. ukraine reduces its armed forces
4. ukraine gives up NATO aspirations in exchange for security guarantees from a number of countries.

The countries in question are the UK, the US, Turkey, France, China and Belarus. But what happened next will most likely go down in history as the beginning of an end of ukraine as we know it. Russia did indeed withdraw its troops, which was joked about as a gesture of goodwill.

It was coined as the defeat of Russia in the battle of Kiev. It turns out that it was indeed a gesture of goodwill. Having snuffed it out, Boris Johnson flew to meet with Zelensky who subsequently, “on the orders of Washington, threw this treaty into the dustbin of history.”

THE FAILING COUNTEROFFENSIVE AND THE PEACE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN
With each passing day, it’s becoming clear that the Ukrainian counteroffensive is failing to achieve any of its originally stated objectives. Recall: the Biden administration’s bet was that the counteroffensive would roll back Russian territorial gains, cut the land bridge to Crimea, and force Russia to the negotiating table. That is almost certainly not going to happen. On the contrary, a stalemate is more likely, or even that Russia will take more territory and win the war, as Mearsheimer has predicted.
What are Biden’s options now? Either escalate or admit defeat. In preparation for NATO’s Vilnius Summit, Blinken has been floating a proposal to give “Israel status” to Ukraine. This means multi-year security guarantees including weapons, ammunition and money that would continue even if Biden loses the next election.
This is not what the American people signed up for. Many Americans supported the $100+ billion in appropriations for Ukraine believing it was a one-time deal to reverse Russian territorial gains. If they had been told that it was the basis for an annual appropriation in a new Forever War, they would have preferred an alternative, especially if they had known that one was available.
THE PEACE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN
New evidence is emerging that a peace deal was achievable at the beginning of the war. At a recent meeting with the African delegation, Putin showed the draft of an outline or preliminary agreement signed by the Ukrainian delegation at Istanbul in April 2022. It provided that Russia would pull back to pre-war lines if Ukraine would agree not to join NATO (but Ukraine could receive security guarantees from the West).
This document has not been publicly released yet, but no one seriously contests that it exists. The only dispute is over what happened subsequently; Ukraine (via reporting in Reuters) contends the deal fell apart. However, the availability of a deal based on Ukrainian Neutrality is consistent with previous comments from Naftali Bennett, who said a deal was attainable but rejected by the West.
Why would the West do this? Ukrainska Pravda (UP), a pro-Ukraine publication, reported in May 2022:
“As soon as the Ukrainian negotiators and Abramovich/Medinsky [the Russian negotiators], following the outcome of Istanbul, had agreed on the structure of a future possible agreement in general terms, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson appeared in Kyiv almost without warning. “Johnson brought two simple messages to Kyiv. The first is that Putin is a war criminal; he should be pressured, not negotiated with. And the second is that even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they are not. We can sign (an agreement) with you (Ukraine), but not with him. Anyway, he will screw everyone over”, is how one of Zelenskyy’s close associates summed up the essence of Johnson’s visit.”

Johnson (who must have been speaking not just for himself but for the Western alliance) wanted to pressure Putin, not make peace, and promised new weapons systems if Ukraine would keep fighting.
At the time of UP’s article, Ukraine appeared to be doing well, so UP portrayed Zelensky’s decision to accept Johnson’s offer as a smart gamble. Now, in hindsight, it looks like a disaster.
AFGHANISTAN REDUX?
I know some of you may find it hard to believe that the realities on the ground are so at odds with the mainstream media’s coverage. But it’s worth recalling that the American public was assured for two decades that we were winning in Afghanistan. All of that reporting was revealed as a pack of lies when the Afghan army that we were supposedly “standing up” collapsed within a matter of weeks. At that point, the media stopped reporting on Afghanistan, just like it had stopped reporting on Iraq, instead of holding anyone accountable.
Unfortunately, it looks like we’re headed for a similar kind of outcome in Ukraine. The only question is when, and how long Biden will be able to perpetuate a proxy war of choice that could have easily been avoided.
