Dirua, ‘jakintsu’ batzuk eta errealitate gordina

‘Jakintsu’ batzuen iritziz jendeak ez daki diruak nola funtzionatzen duen.

Hona hemen bi ‘jakintsu’-k diotena: Diru burujabea, bai ala ez

Granada honetan, eta aspaldi honetan, dena omen da ‘burujabea’ bai ala ez. Hasi politikarekin eta bukatu (oraingoz!) diruarekin.

Kontua da ‘jakintsuek’ kopiatu egin dutela, Suitzar batzuei kopiatu, hain zuzen ere.

Hortaz, eta Granada hau guztiz berezia delako, goazen iturrietara:

Iturri batzuk:

Beraz, afera hauxe da: diruaren sormena eta berorren funtzionamendua.

Horretarako Diru Teoria Modernoko aitapontekoa ekarriko dut taulara, bertsolaritza ‘moderno’ honetara:

(i) Lehendabizi, diru horizontala eta diru bertikala bereizi behar dira:

Dirua: transakzio bertikalak eta horizontalak (1)

(ii) Gero, osagai bertikala eta Estatua (alegia, Banku Zentrala eta Altxor Publikoa) eta osagai horizontala (kreditua, oro har) analizatu behar dira:

Laburbilduz,

(a) Jakin behar dugu diruaren osagai bertikala Gobernuaren izaki bat dela (Money is a Creature of the State”)

(b) Bankuei dagokienez: bankuen maileguek beren gordailuak sortzen dituzte (the creation of bank loans and their corresponding deposits)

Dirua: transakzio bertikalak eta horizontalak (2)

(iii) Hurrengoan, Estatuaren rola argitu behar da:

(i) Estatua: monetaren jaulkitzaile bakarra

(ii) Bankuak Estatuaren eta sektore pribatuaren artean tarteko gisa

(iii) Monetaren hasierako eskaria, zergak ordaintzeko beharra

Alegia, ondokoaz jakitun egon behar gara:

(a) Modeloa eta zirkuitu monetarioa

(b) Zirkuitu monetarioa eta osagai bertikala

(c) Kreditua (eragiketa horizontala)

(d) Billetea zirkulazioan

(e) Billetea eta bankua tarteko moduan

(f) Banku gordailuak, maileguak eta eragiketa bertikalak

(g) Fondoak beti datoz Estatutik

(h) Enpresaria, produkzioa, mozkina, banku mailegua

(i) Zergak, aktiboen zergak eta transakzioen zergak

Dirua: transakzio bertikalak eta horizontalak (3)

(iv) Bukatzeko, balantze fiskala ikertu behar da:

(a) Estatuaren gastuak

(b) Sektore pribatua eta osagai bertikala

(c) Osagai horizontalak osagai bertikalean daukan eragina

(d) Defizit publikoa

(e) Zergapetzea

Dirua: transakzio bertikalak eta horizontalak (eta 4)

Loans Create Deposits: Inside vs Outside Money

Argitaratze-data: 2016 abu. 10

Warren Mosler talking about the difference between bank-created money and government created money. In our floating exchange rate system, the textbook explanation of the money multiplier does not apply. Instead, loans create deposits, and the Central Bank must supply any necessary reserves after the fact in order to be able to hit their interest rate target.

Errealitate gordina

Bertsolaritza berri horretaz jakitun ote dira Suitzako ‘jakintsuek’? MoMo delakoa bultzatzen dutenek?

Ez dut uste!

Dena den, oso interesgarria da Suitzan afera horretaz erreferendum bat antolatzea.

Ea eztabaidetan Diru Teoria Modernoko ekonomialariek (Warren Mosler, Bill Mitchell, Randal Wray, Stephanie Kelton, Pavlina Tcherneva, …) argitaratu dutena plazaratuko den.

Ikasiko ahal dute suitzarrek!

Hemen, Granada honetan, zertan ari dira goian aipaturiko bi sasi-jakintsuak? Ba ote dakite zer esaten dute?

Argi gera bedi: ez dakite ezer, ez diruaz, ezta bankugintzaz ere. Deus ere ez!

Beraz, zergatik azaltzen dira plazan, bertso moderno horietaz ezer jakin gabe?

Bai, dena da posible Granadan!

Kasu, ekainaren 10ean Suitzan monetaren funtzionamenduaz arduratuko dira, erreferendum bat antolatuz.

Hemen, Granada honetan, aldiz, existitzen ez den eskubide batez (alegia mandangaz, hots, ‘derecho a decidir’ (sic), hau da, chorrada1 (re-sic) batez, esan nahi da asmatutako sasi-kontzeptu2 batez (re-re-sic) giza-katea egingo dute.

Ez da ezer pasatzen, ezta pasatuko ere, denak pozik eta alai!

Mon dieu!

Granada bere burua gaindituz doa! Etengabe eta oso arin gainera!

A few things to know about Switzerland’s “sovereign money” referendum: 1) it is true that Banks create money when they issue credit. When we pay back the credit, the money is destroyed and the commercial bank makes a profit. >

    2) it is NOT true that banks decide how much ‘credit’ they create. That’s like saying bakers decide how much bread they sell. They dont. How much credit is issued depends on demand for credit. That’s why we say money is ‘endogenous’. >

    Patricia‏ @PatriciaNPino eka. 7
    3) What the proposals don’t say, is that Govt also creates money every time it spends.
Govt created money is superior 2 credit. (The former is an asset to be saved, the latter has to b paid back). >

    Patricia‏ @PatriciaNPino eka. 7
    4) Govt created money also influences how much ppl can afford to borrow, & therefore demand 4 credit. >

    5) A worrying aspect of the Positive Money proposal is the idea that a technocratic committee should decide how much money central banks create. As this could also have implications for Govt money creation. I.e. could limit Govt spending.

    6) You cannot control both the quantity of something and the price.
Currently Govt controls the price of credit (int rates), and allows demand to dictate the quantity created. >

Limiting credit creation could make credit very expensive, depending on demand , and thus make credit for investment difficult to obtain and be highly disruptive to the economy.

    7) Or… it could be entirely ineffective.
